Werid Beeping

ok i noticed when i was getting out of my car today (while it was running) that there was this beeping coming from the engine bay had a quick listen to see if i could hear were it was coming from, then turned it off, checked fluids/oils etc all fine and all the guages are reading fine then i turned it on again and it wasn't there ?

not sure if it is been caused by my other problem be driving normal not flogging it or anything, it will just suddenly drop like 2 cyls sound like a Subaru and the TCS/SPLI light comes on, oh also this is in a R34, fmic, exhaust, kkr430

any idea's at all what this could be ? staying in the shed till next week when I get the PFC in and tuned
