Morning Mangs,

+1

Been here since 7, for that entire time managers have been sitting here with their morning chit-chat routine, preventing me from wasting time on SAU etc :D

How was the weekend?

Good. Won the WDC in a williams, and got a drive in a red bull alongside hitler's youth for next season. G27 is kick arse.

Also regreased all my bushes (that's what she said), car is considerably less squeaky now. Brakes still a bit squeaky and so are the front swaybar links. The swaybar links are pillowball with no grease nipple - I'm not sure how to lube them up. Ideas?

MTB is at the shop to day to get the gears adjusted and brakes fixed up. He didn't seem too optimistic about the brakes though

Sounds like a successful weekend. It was raining all weekend on the coast so I did some assignmenting at uni on Saturday arvo then went home had kfc watched movies and played poker. Sunday I did all my shopping and cleaned the unit then played more poker lol. Played 6k hands and broke even. So lame.

Good moaning.

Morning Mangs,

How was the weekend?

It was ok. Got stuck inside on Saturday due to the rain and had to watch the AFL GF. It wasn't so bad as I had beers, chips and other assorted artery hardening food stuffs.

Moar grease on teh brakes?? :D

The only way Ican think to lube up the swaybar endlinks is the remove them.

So glad I didn't have to watch either of those GFs... GayFL FTL.

Yeah need to borrow Dan's copper grease again so I can lube them up.

I can remove them, but how to i get grease into the pillowbally bit without a grease nipple?

Nice fail recipe

Mangs,

Weekend was decent. Went to Movie World on Saturday and got some cool t-shirts. Watched some LOST and ate KFC on Sunday.

TAFE is boring today. All repeat info on OH&S. Might pass the time with some Stephen King.

Probably f**ked calipers. Bleed them up but can't get any feel to them.

f**kin win. The 31 is going to be in a movie :(

WinRar

Do it, you skirt

Got outbid on the head because I'm too much of a lowballer for the buy it now price. Auction didnt meet the reserve anyway but ahwell.

    • @GTSBoy This method was able to get readings of -10 to -2, so it looks like its monitoring.  Now I need to figure out why the vacuum on the line provided isn't alternating with manifold pressure.  I went with 2 lines that an RB25 tuner recommended but I'll get a longer hose and try directly off the back of the manifold.  He may have been used to OEM intake setups while I have a DBW setup that removed the MAF and IACV.
    • I work at a car detailing and tinting shop called Quark which gets all manner of German cars in usually (mainly due to a contract with Mercedes Benz Kita Osaka, BMW Nishinomiya and others) but every once in a while something special comes in, like a fully restored 1972 HS30 Nissan Fairlady 240ZG... The shop owner had immediately started applying film to the windows as soon as it was in the shop so the interior was completely covered in towels and plastic sheets. But I could get a few photos of the engine bay which was restored like new. Such an amazing car to see in pristine condition in Japan these days.
    • Was going to say the car pulls up nicely everywhere, especially going into that last long right hander before the main straight. Looks like a lot of fun.
    • Hey Dave, welcome aboard! Good to see another soon-to-be Stagea owner here. The wagons are awesome — plenty of space, still got that Skyline DNA, and loads of potential if you’re into mods. Definitely post up pics when you get it, everyone here loves seeing new builds. What model/year are you looking at?
