Hi Guys,

I bought a bunch of gear to get fitter and stronger.....It appears 2 months later i am as fat and lazy as ever :O

I have decided to join the gym instead and have a trainer yelling at me to get me going. :)

I don't have to sell this stuff, just thought i'd see if it was going to be better utilized by someone more enthusiastic? Plus, i got a few bills i'd like to get out of the way.

If you jump on E-bay you will see heaps of these things....

Items -

*** 4 Station boxing gym - ***

1) Boxing bag (Included) - with weight plates for balance

2) Speed ball stand - with speedball

3) Floor to ceiling ball - never used

4) "Power Tower" <- Sounds good!! Can do pull ups, sit ups, push ups, leg/ab thingys (Hurt like F**k) etc etc

Also included is, carpet cut to size to suit (About 2x3m) and a second carpet section that goes under the sit-up part. Boxing gloves will be provided, sparring mits, head gear and a few other bits and pieces.

*** Weights Bench ***

As the title says, this is just like a K-mart special. Does the job. Has the leg raise section at the end etc... Includes whatever weights i can find for it :D

*** Ab Swing ***

As seen on TV, its in brand new condition because i didn't get ripped abs in 15mins like the guy on TV so i quit!

*** Pedestal fan ***

Its a must have for your home gym LOL

The stand had only been used a few times before i bought it and is basically new, the original owner paid heaps for it (The RRP on these is about $899, but you can get em on E-bay at a decent price), The bag is ordinary, if i am too keep it i'll definitely upgrade the bag itself...

The ab swingy thingy was basically used for like half our and then deemed useless as my Abs suck LOL

The gear owes me about $400, obviously i wont get that back, but if anyone wants to offer anything decent i'll consider it

Would prefer to sell the lot together...

    • It's funny, as Ive seen plenty of people use them in cheap builds on YT. And they actually go okay, even though a lot of other maxspeedingrods stuff is terrible. Those turbos seem reliable enough, the only part being, a good quality turbo that is "identical" to it, will out perform it day in and day out. In both a lower boost threshold, and the ability to flow more air at the same boost pressure. As a cheap cheap replacement, not a terrible choice. For cheap and shouldn't blow in a day, not terrible (like other eBay/Temu turbos) for low cost and still decent performance, that's where the question comes in to play from the results I've seen. I'd actually find it hilarious to buy one, and strap it to a paddock basher or some other cheap as POS originally NA car, and send it to the moon!
    • The maxpeedingrods turbo is cheap and bolts on to stock parts. I think you just need a bigger silicone coupler for the intake. Its a cheap china turbo, but it's been running on mine for almost 3 years at 16-19 psi.
    • What do they look like right after you've tried to start it with everything connected? Also post photos of what they actually look like.
    • Also wanted to say, my new spark plugs are blackened looks like it's very rich. I have splitfire coilpacks but stock coilpack loom and ignitor. I tried directly grounding the ignitor ground to body as well.
