Trying To Find A "new Era" Relay!

ive been seatching for a New Era relay lately and havent come up with much.

ive tryed, a few supercheaps, autobarn, a few different specialist electronic stores.... but no luck i am however yet to try jaycar but i cant see what im after on there site...

ive attached a pic so your aware of what im talking about, let me know if you know where i can pick one up.

Hey bud did u eva end up finding this relay? Im after 1 now for my car as i have 1 hooked up on my thermo fans and its not working anymore.
