R33 S1&2 Steering Wheel

Just wondering if a series 1 steering wheel would fit onto a series 2? i need a standard steering wheel for a rwc and a friend has a series 1 wheel but mines a series 2...

It fits but the s1 didn't have airbags, whereas the s2 did. So the s1 steering wheel won't have the airbag in it.

So depending on what your guy knows about skylines..... it may or may not pass roadworthy if you use the s1 wheel.

and even if it does pass a roadworthy (which i highly doubt because there will be a light in the dash saying that there is an error with the airbag), if you have a crash and your insurance company finds out there was no airbag, which they will, then you can get into trouble.
