10th Feb, Private Rac Circuit Event [3 Spots Left]

Private function on the circuit (Different amount of cars) 3x nissans and other makes.

For those that don't know:

Track is controlled and one car on track per time, thats why you don't need fire extinguisher, cam license, ect.

Had a few people bail due to commiments, need these spots filled.

3 spots remaining

Where: RAC driving center (old AHG center, Perth International Airport), Circuit track only (not skidpan)

Road circuit, The total Road Circuit length is 1.6 kilometres and it also includes an off circuit turn-around area. The Road Circuit is also utilised for wet weather braking exercises and for motorcycle rider training.

Required: Long sleeve, long pants, helmet (ADR approved) & current drivers license, road worthy car

When: 10th Feb 2010

Cost: $60 per person

Time: 2pm-5pm (Only 10 people will use the track, so plenty of time each)

    • Hah, fair enough! But if you learn with this one you can drive any other OEM manual. No modern luxury features like auto rev-matching or hillstart assist to give you a false sense of confidence. And a heavy car with not that much torque so it stalls easily. 
    • Actually, I'd say all three are the automatic option. Just the different trim levels. The manual would be RSFS, no? 
    • What Duncan said sounds right. Also, it looks like they only have the driver's mat. Not the rest. Because looking at the diagram: KG4911 is just the mat for the driver. KG4900 is the full set if I'm not mistaken and discontinued.   But, it looks like they may still have the full set for the manual S2.     • I dunno about that as a blanket statement. Pitwork is Nissan's "Nissan genuine" thing, and for stuff like timing belts, I have found them to be excellent. Of course, for things like oil filters, you always use proper trusted brands anyway, not whatever the OEM has taken to using.
