Hi Guys,

Up for sale is my 1993 GTS-T in Wine Red colour, used as a weekend cruiser as I have another sedan as a daily driver to travel to work in the city. I'm the second owner of the car, and most of the mods has been done by the previous owner who is an enthusiast who took good care of it. Although I have a decent sedan to travel to work daily, I bought this skyline for the intention of driving it during the weekends just to experience and enjoy its power. The car is clean inside out, and the paint work is excellent, colour looks deep and glossy with no paint fade/sun damage/scratches at all. Panels on the car are all straight and do not suggest any signs of past accidents, and that was probably the reason why I bought the car knowing that there are heaps of skylines out there being driven by reckless owners. The amazing aspect of the car is its power delivery, supporting modifications and the fact that the car looks relatively stock under the bonnet means I don't get unnecessary attention from the cops and not having to worry about getting a yellow defect sticker pasted on the windscreen or even being pulled over.

Below are the specifications and list of mods:

- 1993 GTS-T

- Wine Red

- 155,000 Genuine KMs

- GCG High-Flow turbos (retains the stock R33 turbo housing so it looks stock on the outside)

- Automatic with MV Automatics Stage 3 Shift Kit (shifts quick on gear changes with instant response - holds boost and reduce boost lag greatly)

- Bigger transmission cooler

- Greddy Profec A Boost Controller

- Apexi AFC NEO controller

- Apexi SITC (super ignition timing converter)

- Z32 Air Flow Meter

- K&N Pod Filter (car is currently fitted with stock airbox to comply with the "1 intake mod" rule)

- HKS Intercooler

- 3 inch Turboback Exhaust

- R34 GTR Fuel Pump

- SX Fuel Regulator

- Turbo timer

Other exterior mods and misc:

- Trust Front lip

- Trust Side Skirts

- Rear Pods

- Nismo clear side indicators

- White LED number plate lights

- Aftermarket front grille

- 18" wheels with 235/40/18 tyres all round 80% thread

- MP3/CD/CD-R/CD-RW player with USB and memory stick inputs

The car makes 235rwkw at 17PSI on a safe tune, however set at only 12PSI on low boost for cruising, switchable via the Greddy boost controller. With the MV Automatics Stage 3 Shift Kit, gear changes are smooth and snappy which helps greatly in holding boost and reducing lag that most manual drivers and stock automatic transmission suffer. Fuel economy is pretty good at 12 - 13L/100km city driving. The car will not disappoint both in power delivery and fuel economy thanks to the AFC Neo tune being optimized. I was told by the previous owner that the car will see an easy 250+rwkw with larger injectors but I was personally satisfied with what the car already had and was capable of. This will make a good daily driver without having to worry anything with regards to the cops. The stock airbox has now been put back on instead of the Pod filter to comply with the silly "1 intake mod" rule in Victoria and also the HKS intercooler is hardly noticeable from the front at a distance. Car comes with 11 months rego and RWC was obtained not too long ago with nothing to replace other than the stock airbox, stock steering wheel and brake pads. Rest assured the buyer will not be disappointed, it will be a trouble-free car mechanically with no hassles and worries with the cops. I'm only selling it to make way for some spare cash to purchase new furnitures and some appliances for my apartment that will be ready in June.

Price: $11,500 ( negotiable/or best offer )

Considering a stock standard automatic R33 GTS-T in decent condition would cost you 7 to 8k at least, I believe this car has been reasonably priced for buyers taking into the modifications on the car and the excellent exterior condition/paintwork. However I am open to negotiation for serious/interested buyers.

Call/text me at 0420242724 for any enquiries/or to make an appointment.

Location - south-east Melbourne, near Doncaster.

Looks really good mate :P

Good luck with the sale!

thanks mate :P

Also, i've received a couple of text messages last night regarding swaps. Guys, I won't be interested in any swaps + cash top up at the moment. I already have a 4 door sedan to drive to work. So I'm open to offers as long as you're really interested in it and can hand over the cash. Thanks

Cheers

Bump for a clean looking R33 Gtst with good power delivery and absolutely nothing to spend to fix + 11 months rego left! Will reduce price greatly for any buyers who can come pick up the car anytime soon. I've set my eyes on a few furnitures and a HD TV that I will be buying after the car is sold for my new apartment. So please feel free to offer me anything, worst thing I would say is a NO, otherwise I am happy to negotiate, just need the car gone. Cheers :)

got a coupe of text messages from interested buyers from sydney. I would be happy to help with interstate shipping but please make an arrangement of payment and shipping beforehand. otherwise, i would be very much comfortable selling it to victorian buyers. price of car is - your best offer :D will consider all offers at the moment.

Bump for the weekend.

    • Could you modify this duct so instead it pushes the extra air through the radiator too and not down and out? For temps, I know it's not the greatest idea, but as a bit of a last resort, you could use a very intermittent misting spray onto the front of the coolers/rad. You don't want to be soaking them such that water is dripping off, but a small most on/off so that the water evaporates. That point of it constantly evaporating, rather than being soaked in water, will pull a LOT of heat out of the cooler. I'm literally thinking just the little mist sprayers for a garden from Bunnings. Being in a low humidity climate it will help even more! The other trick if you want to be ghetto is some shade cloth hung in the opening, and keep it wet. Pretty much now it's acting like an evap cooler on a house, but cooling the air you need to use to cool the radiator...   On a topic to think about too though, when air enters through the bumper, is it all nicely ducted from the edges of that opening back at a nice angle, or is it like most cars, and the edge of the opening just stops, and suddenly it's wayyy wider behind that? If it does the later, get it shrouded out at nice angles. When that opening changes too rapidly, it can actually cause a high pressure zone between the front bar and radiator, and limit air flow into that area, which means less air for cooling, as it effectively stalls the air, AND adds to drag...
    • Do you have any before and after photos? That's $200 just for the hydro blasting?
    • Yea pedal box and no abs
    • It doesn't look like there's a lot of options out there these days, and what's out there is performance oriented aftermarket stuff (with the GTR markup) I wonder if there are other cars with similar springs, after all its just a matter of length, diameter and stiffness. Alternatively, I did see coil spacers. Probably not the best option, but could be serviceable too.
