Hi all,

I want to sell some of my detailing product.

Here's the list:

1. Menzerna PO85U (used 1%) : $25 (nego)

2. Menzerna APO60 (used 1%) : $25 (nego)

3. Autobalm Bilt Hamber (used 1%) : $45 (nego)

4. Collinite 845 (Used 3%): $25 (nego)

Collinite, menzerna, and autobalm only use for test product only.

Autobalm use for: Auto-balm is a unique product providing protection and gloss to automotive paintwork and car bodywork.

It is the result of thousands of hours of development and testing - a blend of synthesised complex corrosion inhibiting molecules that lock together tightly enabling them to remain functional in ultra-thin, high gloss films. Auto-balm will seal capillary pores in paintwork and provide an anticorrosion barrier to stone-chips and other damaged sites on vehicle paintwork.

Menzerna APO60: Light cleaning ability enhances the gloss of genuine carnauba!

Menzerna Sealing Wax APO 60 is a liquid carnauba wax with a hint of polish to remove light compounding haze and old wax residue. The light polishing agents optimize the gloss by removing build-up and uncovering the brightest, most vibrant paint surface. Menzerna Sealing Wax APO 60 is easy to apply, effortless to clean up, and leaves a lasting layer of high gloss carnauba paint protection.

Menzerna Sealing Wax APO 60 bridges the gap between the warm carnauba shine and the easier-to-apply liquid sealants. It gives the convenience of a liquid wax and the unbeatable shine of carnauba wax. As an added benefit, a light polish enables the formula to achieve its maximum gloss by removing old wax residue and light surface haze – all in one step!

On Menzerna’s scale of cut, Menzerna Sealing Wax APO 60 ranks at a 1. The polishing agents have minimal cut and finish without any micro marring or dullness. Menzerna Sealing Wax APO 60 is the perfect one step cleaner wax to maintain a finish you’ve restored with Menzerna polishes or to clean and protect a vehicle that is only mildly oxidized.

Menzerna PO85U: The perfect one-step polish to enhance new and like new non ceramic clear coated paint finishes.

Menzerna Final Finish PO85U is the original finishing polish made by Menzerna of Germany for use on non ceramic OEM finishes to remove minor swirls and create a high gloss, reflective finish.

Menzerna Final Polish PO85U is a pure polish with no glaze, fillers, or silicones. The water-based formula contains no solvent. It is safe on fresh OEM coatings and new repair coatings. Menzerna Final Finish PO85U will not create new swirls or leave haze, and it creates no dust. It leaves only a high gloss finish on all colors and types of paint, with or without a clear coat.

Use Menzerna Final Finish PO85U on brand new paint finishes or on vehicles in like-new condition. This is an excellent gloss-enhancing finishing polish to deepen the gloss, and remove minor swirls and imperfections prior to wax application. Final Finish can also be used after a stronger polish to remove haze and restore surface gloss.

This is called Final Finish but it’s an ideal first polish for newer vehicles that only have very fine swirls. The abrasives are extremely finely milled to prevent the creation of new swirls. Even on black paint, Menzerna Final Finish will produce an outstanding shine without a trace of micro marring.

Application by hand:

Mist a foam applictor pad with XMT Pad Conditioner to moisten the foam. Apply a .05 cent size amount of Menzerna Final Polish to the applicator.

Work in a back and forth, overlapping motion until the area starts to dry. Wipe off the polish with a damp Microfibre Towel. Work in small sections until the entire vehicle is done.

Application by Machine:

Make sure the surface to be polished is clean and dry. Fresh paint should be fully cured. Apply Final Polish out of direct sunlight.

Use a soft foam polishing pad, like Lake Country’s CCS Black Finishing Pad .

Apply a small amount of compound to the pad. With the polisher turned off, spread the polish over about a 60cm x 60cm area.

Polish at 1200-1500 RPM (4500-5000 OPM on a dual action polisher) working slowly across and then up and down the area. Check your work after several passes to see if the swirls have been removed. If so, reduce the pressure and continue buffing until a high gloss is achieved. If the pad becomes dry, mist it with water and continue buffing.

Collinite 845: Extreme insulation for automotive paint.

Collinite Liquid Insulator Wax was originally developed for power companies to protect against high voltage power failure, electrical fires, and explosions. If it stands up to these conditions, imagine how well it will protect your vehicle’s paint.

Collinite has been making car care products since 1912. This is one of those companies whose products have been kept virtually secret outside of professional detailing and body shops, and car show circles. That’s why there is no flashy packaging and labels on Collinite products. The truth is, it’s not really necessary. Collinite products sell themselves.

Collinite Liquid Insulator Wax, for example, is one of the finest liquid carnauba waxes you can buy. It has the shine and wetness of carnauba but its longevity is more like a paint sealant. You can expect up to 5 months of protection and incredible water-beading, even on non-garaged vehicles.

Liquid Insulator Wax is in a class all its own when it comes to long-term durability, easy application, and paint enhancement. The liquid car wax was created to insulate electrical components, but it has become one of the foremost liquid car waxes on the market by word-of-mouth of Collinite’s very satisfied customers.

Liquid Insulator Wax is used on automobiles, trucks, buses and aircraft where protection is key, but frequent reapplications are not practical. The wax is excellent for fleets. It leaves a high gloss, nearly indestructible clear coating that repels water, pollution, sun, salt spray, bugs, and more.

Liquid Insulator Wax provides tough protection against adverse weather conditions. It makes a great “winter wax” when you want tough paint protection against road salt, snow and ice, without sacrificing shine. Collinite’s headquarters are in New York where harsh winters are the norm. They know a thing or two about durable paint protection.

In the summer, Insulator Wax stands up to the heat and UV rays better than most carnauba waxes. You can even use 845 on boats to guard the hull against salt water oxidation. Now that’s a tough wax!

Liquid Insulator Wax can be applied by hand or using a dual action polisher equipped with a finishing pad. If applying by hand, simply wipe on Liquid Insulator Wax using a poly foam applicator. It takes very little to cover each panel. Buff with a soft Microfibre Towel. You will find the wax easiest to remove if you apply a thin coat and do not let it completely haze over before buffing.

To apply by machine: work at a low speed with no pressure since you are simply applying a product. Use a finessing pad, then buff off with a Microfibre Towel before the products drys.

If you’re looking for durability and gloss in a liquid carnauba wax, you can’t go wrong with Collinite Insulator Wax. It has been a favorite at car shows and in body shops for more than 40 years.

    • Did this end up working? Did you take some pictures?
    • And finally, the front lower mount. It was doubly weird. Firstly, the lower mount is held in with a bracket that has 3 bolts (it also acts as the steering lock stop), and then a nut on the shock lower mount itself. So, remove the 3x 14mm head bolts , then the 17mm nut that holds the shock in. From there, you can't actually remove the shock from the lower mount bolt (took me a while to work that out....) Sadly I don't have a pic of the other side, but the swaybar mounts to the same bolt that holds the shock in. You need to push that swaybar mount/bolt back so the shock can be pulled out past the lower control arm.  In this pic you can see the bolt partly pushed back, but it had to go further than that to release the shock. Once the shock is out, putting the new one in is "reverse of disassembly". Put the top of the shock through at least one hole and put a nut on loosely to hold it in place. Put the lower end in place and push the swaybar mount / shock bolt back in place, then loosely attach the other 2 top nuts. Bolt the bracket back in place with the 14mm head bolts and finally put the nut onto the lower bolt. Done....you have new suspension on your v37!
    • And now to the front.  No pics of the 3 nuts holding the front struts on, they are easy to spot. Undo 2 and leave the closest one on loosely. Underneath we have to deal with the wiring again, but this time its worse because the plug is behind the guard liner. You'll have to decide how much of the guard liner to remove, I undid the lower liner's top, inside and lower clips, but didn't pull it full off the guard. Same issue undoing the plug as at the rear, you need to firmly push the release clip from below while equally firmly gripping the plug body and pulling it out of  the socket. I used my fancy electrical disconnect pliers to get in there There is also one clip for the wiring, unlike at the rear I could not get behind it so just had to lever it up and out.....not in great condition to re-use in future.
    • Onto the rear lower shock mount. It's worth starting with a decent degrease to remove 10+ years of road grime, and perhaps also spray a penetrating oil on the shock lower nut. Don't forget to include the shock wiring and plug in the clean.... Deal with the wiring first; you need to release 2 clips where the wiring goes into the bracket (use long nose pliers behind the bracket to compress the clip so you can reuse it), and the rubber mount slides out, then release the plug.  I found it very hard to unplug, from underneath you can compress the tab with a screwdriver or similar, and gently but firmly pull the plug out of the socket (regular pliers may help but don't put too much pressure on the plastic. The lower mount is straightforward, 17mm nut and you can pull the shock out. As I wasn't putting a standard shock back in, I gave the car side wiring socket a generous gob of dialectric grease to keep crap out in the future. Putting the new shock in is straightforward, feed it into at least 1 of the bolt holes at the top and reach around to put a nut on it to hold it up. Then put on the other 2 top nuts loosely and put the shock onto the lower mounting bolt (you may need to lift the hub a little if the new shock is shorter). Tighten the lower nut and 3 upper nuts and you are done. In my case the BC Racing shocks came assembled for the fronts, but the rears needed to re-use the factory strut tops. For that you need spring compressors to take the pressure off the top nut (they are compressed enough when the spring can move between the top and bottom spring seats. Then a 17mm ring spanner to undo the nut while using an 8mm open spanner to stop the shaft turning (or, if you are really lucky you might get it off with a rattle gun).
    • You will now be able to lift the parcel shelf trim enough to get to the shock cover bolts; if you need to full remove the parcel shelf trim for some reason you also remove the escutcheons around the rear seat release and you will have to unplug the high stop light wiring from the boot. Next up is removal of the bracket; 6 nuts and a bolt Good news, you've finally got to the strut top! Remove the dust cover and the 3 shock mount nuts (perhaps leave 1 on lightly for now....) Same on the other side, but easier now you've done it all before
