can anyone point me in the right direction to get some replacement disks here in Aus.I am running on my 33gtr the grex 6 pot 355mm on the front and 4 pot 330mm on rear, does any other brand aftermarket 2 piece disk match up with the 10 hole design.Any ideas where to go.

cheers

Give TBS in Brisbane a call. I was there today and they can supply 2 piece rotors upto 356mm and what ever thickness and custom made new alloy hats if needed for approx $350 each. Slotting cost $32 more and slotted and dimpled are $42 more.

I think disc on its own is approx around $200 each. Great value and was told as good as DBA 5000's

They can also supply the same disc but use stock cast disks by cutting off the hat section and modifing to bolt the disc. These work cheaper than new alloy hats.

They also do full front brake kits with new 6 pot AP design calipers, braided lines, custom fitted to your car to suit your wheel clearance drive in drive out fitted for $2400!!

The calipers are NOT made in China. They are a 3 piece design with centre section being able to be swapped for different widths to suit what ever size disc thickness. They come form South Africa.

Ron the owner has been in the brake buiness for 30 years+ and runs a full remanafacturing buiness with 30+ plus people, so I trust what he sells.

Has a couple of race cars aswell which run these calipers.

your "grex" stuff is off the shelf alcon. i had the same, but the discs for the front are around 660 each. pwr are the aussie distributers.

you need to mesure the pcd of the 10 bolts to the hat.

but being 10 bolt, its more of a brembo setup. there may be a part number on the outside diameter disc.

Thanks for the help guys.Found out the project mu rotors a nearly identical, went an seen the guys at racer industries, very helpfull, same 10 bolt pattern only have to very slightly modify my hats to fit there disks. then can buy them off the shelf here.greddy want you to buy the caliper an hat, couldnt believe that they just dont sell the disk.tryed pwr they didnt have anything that matched.

    • haha don't worry I'm sue you've got more fun ahead buying a 30 year old turbo car....but at least you are in the right place to ask
    • some days eh? The keyless entry and interior light on/off with the key will be controlled by the Body Control Module, but I'm not certain where that is or what it looks like (you might get lucky with a search to get a part#, which could be printed on it). I'd start at the A pillar/ Under dash/kick panel on the driver's side
    • It might be hit and miss, but Nissan Genuine Parts and Pitworks are not the same thing, although both are available from Nissan Dealers with Nissan Part Numbers. Nissan Genuine Parts are the OEM stuff, Pitworks are their attempt to get people back from generic parts makers
    • I did end up getting it sorted, as GTSBoy said, there was a corroded connection and wire that needed to be replaced. I ended up taking out the light assembly, giving everything a good clean and re-soldered the old joints, and it came out good.
    • Wow, thanks for your help guys 🙏. I really appreciate it. Thanks @Rezz, if i fail finding any new or used, full or partial set of original Stage carpets i will come back to you for sure 😉 Explenation is right there, i just missed it 🤦‍♂️. Thanks for pointing out. @soviet_merlin in the meantime, I received a reply from nengun, and i quote: "Thanks for your message and interest in Nengun. KG4900 is for the full set of floor mats, while KG4911 is only the Driver's Floor Mat. FR, RH means Front Right Hand Side. All the Full Set options are now discontinued. However, the Driver's Floor Mat options are still available according to the latest information available to us. We do not know what the differences would be, but if you only want the one mat, we can certainly see what we can find out for you". Interesting. It seems they still have some "new old stock" that Duncan mentioned 🤔. I wonder if they can provide any photos......And i also just realized that amayama have G4900 sets. I'm tempted too.
