Regretably, up for sale is my RB25DET head setup. I was going to use the head for an RB25/30 setup but being a poor uni student, I need money more than I need to spend it!

The head is from a Series 1 R33 GTS-T

It comes as a complete head setup with everything you would need to make an RB25/30 (only a few minor mods to make it bolt on and work with an RB30 bottom)

The head comes with the Intake and Exhaust Manifolds, Stock Turbo, AFM, Loom, ECU, Injectors and Fuel Rail, Coilpacks, Igniter Module, Throttle Body, Cold Start Valve and probably more. It also comes with a box of bolts for eveything, studs, water and coolant lines etc.

The only modification (that I'm aware of) to the head is 8an Hose End fittings on the rocker cover (not shown in photo) as I had planned to use Speedflow Fittings to use with a catch can setup.

I only have a few photos as the moment because I'm at work, but I can get more tomorrow if needed.

Located in Wagga Wagga. Will post at buyers expense but it will take some time to find out a price for a courier. Alternatively, I go to Canberra every few weeks and usually every VicDrift meet.

Bump

Willing to sperate parts. PM Me what part you need and I'll let you know the price. Only thing that will stay as one is the head with CAS attached. Won't strip for cams etc.

      Thanks for the linkie. Certainly always a great deal of help when people post comparisons like these, but I think for now I'll stay away from any semi slicks. I did go ahead and order the sportcontact 7. My buddy has them on his modified A4 and he keeps saying how good they are. For my intended purposes these will probably work real well. I'll report on them once I had the chance to try them out

      Talk about noisy. Even when I still had the Tomei under the car I could distinctly hear the tires rolling. And I doubt I ever will need maximum grip like on a track. My GTR will maybe never even see the 600hp mark and I need to get used to the car quite a bit before challenging the limits of its handling. For the next winter storage I think I will get a set of these rubber drive-on thingies that have a tire shaped base. Those supposedly really help prevent flat spots.

      Well our climate is definitely way less hot overall and the weather can be quite picky at times. I just know that during normal road use or even spirited drives there is no way I'd be able to consistently stay in the operating temperature, and constantly changing the tire pressure would also be a royal pain.

      Input shaft bearing. They all do it. There is always rollover noise in Nissan boxes - particularly the big box. Don't worry about it unless it gets really growly.
