Tailights Wont Turn Off

Hey all,

I have had a flat battery everyday for the last week and couldnt work out what it was, see the car is only driven in the day time so i didnt realise, but tonight i noticed when the headlights are turned right of the tailight stay on. Does anyone know what would be causeing this?

Turn the lights on, then turn them off. Your taillights will still be lit up right? Then disconnect the battery and reconnect it, are they still on after reconnection?

Do the dash lights or parker lights stay on as well?

If so, probably your headlight switch. If not, out of my league because I don't know the circuit's on the R33's. But on R32's the taillights share the same switched circuit as the parkers and dash lights. My issue was none of them would come on at all, was headlight switch. Yours might be jammed on.

Ya mate had the exact same thing happen to me today! Went through 3 batteries. Its the switch under the brake, you should be able to work it out, otherwise take it to an auto electrician.
