Hey all<

Decided i wanna buy a house some im trying to build up funds so my babys ganna have to be the first to go followed by the bike :(

Its been a great car, Best thing about B4 is you get power and luxury combined. This year i have literally driven my car under a hand full of times due to being given a work car. Its pretty much sat under a car cover or in the garage the whole time with just the occasional weekend start. That being said, im having trouble remembering all its got including mods ect so theres going to be stuff i forgot.

I know this probably not the best place for selling a subaru but even still here we go.

2001 Subaru Liberty B4

153xxx ks

dark blue

18 inch gold rims

Leather blue/black seats

Upgraded suspension

Upgraded brakes

i will try and update this list should i remember anything else.

Looking for $18500 but am negotiable.

also interested in swaps + cash my way preferably something like a holden or ford but am willing to listen to any offer.

pm me or call/sms me on 0433581520

Its there.

Do you notice it? Yes. It does feel different to other twin turbo cars i driven.

Is it a bad thing? Honestly, i dont have an issue with the VOD. i think its one of those things people like to complain about and i remember when i looked into buying a B4 and read about the VOD, it sounded like a really bad thing. Its only when you drive one of these do you realise driving and reading are so different. I personally think its one of those things that give B4s character. Almost like having a nos button in need for speed available whenever you choose to ride out the gear.

Going by experiences of the wrxs ive driven, theres a reason why i choose a B4 over a WRX... Performance is only one of the things i found to be better.

I enjoy the feeling of noticeable kick you get from the second turbo.

And if nothing else, for grandpa drivers like me, means i can keep my daily driving to just the single turbo... makes the ecconomy in these cars even better.

    • Don't even try to run it on the stock ECU if you're going to have the boost controller bring boost above ~10 psi. I've already told you that. If you use the Nistune ECU, you will need to CAREFULLY read the available documentation for Neo tuning, and read some threads on the Nistune forums, to discover the various things you have to do to prevent the ECU from going bananas when the boost is too high. The is a table associated with th boost sensor that must be modified to prevent it from shitting the bed. This is just one of the things that you will need to do to the tune in Nistune, because the Neo turbo ECU will be expecting to see a number of things (such as the TCS) that are not there, and you have to block the DTCs on those. It is totally not surprising to me that you are having the problems that you are, but the solutions to these problems have been known for >15 years. So just get it done.
    • Hi. Sry iam not a mechanic and iam not at the car atm so i dont know 100% but they told they measure those and even try to change those. AFM they have two. Coils are new a they have my old one too. Plugs too. ECU...we have 25 NEO stock and Nistune 25 NEO.   But i dont know if any one those could be the problem and why/if/what can cause this, Only thing they did not check is fuel...but that walbro 255 is new(like 1,5 years)... That fuel pressure gauge idk...but i let them know Any suggestions?   EDIT: how can they know if it is like you say he ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high? Tha car has boost controler
