Hey guys just after some ideas on where to mount some gauges in my 33, as I want to keep my stock ones and not keen on putting them in the dash, nor pillar mounting as it would be an easy defect. So just wondering what ideas people have and what others have done. Oh and really just after a boost and oil pressure gauge don't want a million in there lol any feed back appreciated

Cheers Jarad

Here's some pics of my recent gauge install.

Keep in mind these are 60mm gauges, so if you plan on doing the same thing, your gauges may not cover the grill and the hole -- see below.

Also keep in mind that my current dash fascia is pretty crappy, so i wasn't too bothered about hacking it up and having a go. Same story for the cluster.

These are the only pics i have on hand of what was there before,, that red thing is a fancy switch (that fires missiles) and beside it is a grill,, behind the grill is the air intake temp sensor for the climate control.

I'm more than happy to adjust the air con manually so it didn't bother me losing that. Its actually still connected, just doesn't suck the air through the grill anymore, its just tucked in behind the gauge.

This one is installed inside the cluster, It covers the factory oil pressure gauge perfectly. All i had to do was remove the needle from the factory gauge so the new one would fit over the top.
