I'm looking to get a set of tein flex's from Japan. Do I need a set of pillow upper mounts???? I've read in other threads that they keep everything tight and reduce compliance in the coilover...will this be needed in my R33 Gts25t??? I'm not intending on racing or doing much track work. Will there be any problems caused by not having the pillow mounts??

Thanks...any help is appreciated

It would be fine Jas. In fact the Teins are fairly hard and a little forgivness might stop your false teeth coming lose.

I have just put DMS in my R32 and purchased new pillow mounts only to find my Teins would have fitted.... Ouch$$

N1 rules retain the OEM top mount in Japan and that is why race suspension manufacturers offer the option I reckon.

Good Luck
