EJ20 Turbo on RB25???

if the turbo has a t3 flange then yes, however the std ej20 manifold requires a vastly different flange to a t3 so not likely unless the manifold has been modified to suit the turbo rather than the other way round.

(ej20 manifold/turbo flange is a round port and 3bolt fastening)

From memory I think the turo boes have a round port and 3 bolts to fasten it on. Doesn't look like it'll fit. Cheers for that.
