jap number plates

Where can i find one? do they stay on the car when they get imported and then get removed by the importer?

I want one for the upcoming auto salon

find a pic n get one made up, i've seen places which make fake numberplates to specifications at markets like flemington in syd and pipeworks in melb.

I've still got my skyline numberplate surround sumwhere if u want it (n u'r in mleb and can return it) lol

I got mine from a Jap Importer, but I think they are removed from the car prior to shipping.

yeah when you buy the car at the auction it has to be deregistered and they take the plates back then so the only way you can get plates i guess is if you smuggle the car to australia aboard some boat
