mmhg and psi

how do i convert mmHg to PSI? my gauge only goes up to ~1 or 2 x 100 mmHg ... when i floor it ... this doesn't seem normal to me ... what should it be standard?? and what is the boost level for a stock gtst??

760mmHg is about 1 atmosphere, = 1 bar, = 14.7PSI

then if my gauge is only going up to about 200mmHg ... then there is something wrong with my boost right?? and thats definitely not standard is it??

200mm is definitely too low. How does the car feel to drive? It could be a boost problem, a gauge problem (factory gauges are notorious for being inaccurate - but not THAT bad) or the pressure line to the gauge leaking.

My standard R32 GTS peaks at about 600mm on the factory gauge. Never had it calibrated though.

no its definitely only about 200mmHg ... to be honest the car definitely doesn't feel that fast ... its an r33gtst auto ... so yeah i'm wondering what others with a similar car has got... thanks for you help

auto r33 do 0-100 in about 7.5 so you should definately feel the boost. maybe the boost is simply turned down
