Keep In Mind The Guy I Know Has Installed A 3inch exhaust and HKS intercooler

his car is an r32 with stock ceramic turbos

he wants ball bearing Turbo but can't decide which turbo he wants without loosing much bottom end power and hopefully increasing top end power a couple of kws....

HKS 2530s would be wild.2540s will give more top end but be

a bit laggy under 4000rpm.

arguably the best turbo upgrade for a 33-T is the hks 3040 but this is laggy. you will also need external wastegate, prolly injectors and a plenum would help this turbo come into its own. price, too ****ing much. budget around $10k for everything

with most turbo upgrades you will sacrifice bottom end and you will gain more than a couple of kw. lol

a T04 is a reasonable upgrade judging by your description of what he wants but i'm not too fond of these *shrugs*

you will have better luck with responses in the performance section so i will move this in there.

Trust T517z(model ????) are also excellent i think they are better then 2530's not that 2530's don't rock my sockz but the trust ones have les lag more top end from the cars i've been in with these turbo's...

Ive got HKS 25/30s, as Munro said they are a very good street turbo, nice midrange and a searing top end........
