Hello Peeps .,need Some Advice

Hello everyone .,

Just a friendly face from the uk , in need of some techie help from you guys. On our forum another member has the same problem now.

We both have r33-gts-t both still in kph,we have both had our cars off the clock and more ,but now the speedo works when it wants to. it does sit back 0kph most of the time but does come back when it feels like it .

Can any of you tell me what we need to do, or point us in the right direction as we are both stuck .

I've got the same problem. A bash on the top of the dash seems to fix it and once it's up and running it seems to work fine.

I've taken everything apart and couldn't find any loose wires or anything. I'm starting to think it's the actual speedo guage itself?

Any info/fixes would be VERY well received!

Someone on another forum has posted up this . I have not tried it as of yet .

My GTST used to do that randomly after a high speed run, after an ECU reset it used to sort itself out..

I put it down to the speedo convertor not liking it or something - sorry not much help but well you will go fast
