  1. I was comming home from a night out on saturday night and I was followed by the police from the cross roads south road intersection bridge thing all the way to the tapleys burbridge intersection. I was definately follwed as i was taking detours along the way, i had nothing to hide anyway. Does this sort of thing happen to others often?

  6. I've got big respect for toyota engines but I would have to agree that supras are for posers. In the 'laide there is too many piece of s#it non turbo automatic, crap chrome rimmed, bodykitted supras going around. You wouldnt call a tt supra ricey but in my opinion their image is tainted by the before mentioned versions. Taking into consideration the insurance cost of the GTR, i'd go for the 34gt-t. Black, no spoiler, dumped. So suttle yet so sweet. Prime candidit for a sleeper... or if you like an oriental flavour they have great rice potential.

  8. Just out of curiosity... Would it be possible to get different end tanks welded on to a stock I/C (eg, r32) and use it as an oil cooler? Has anyone done this or checked this out?

  13. Ahhh... if only i had money....
  14. As u probably know mate, it's "super hard" to be "super careful" with a car that has some power. I rang around when i was buyin and the only ppl who would touch me were just cars and was quoted around $5000ish for a 32 turbs. In 2 and a bit yrs time i could have bought a new car!. i ended up chucking on a real good alarm setup and goin with 3rd party ($375 and this year $312 with fmic, exhaust, bst cnt). In my opinion... you should get a real nice r32 with 3rd party and bide time untill ur insurance rating gets better then go for the r34. an r32 on 3rd party is an acceptable risk but an r34 at say $30k+... is not. remember just because a crash isn't your fault it doesn't necesarily mean u'll get any compensation. insurance companies do not give a shi+ unless u have full comp... and the bogan who hits you probably wont have any insurance and no money anyway (hypothetical). i agree with astroboy bout the price. if you don't have any insurance history it doesn't really make too much difference how old you arethey still charge a DOG load. but if you can get an r34 turbs insured for $3000 that's not too bad. your insurance should drop significantly the next year too if you don't make any claims.
  15. s13's r32's what ever comes up in the best condition at the best price. i dunno about perth but really nicely done up r32's and s13's aren't done to death yet. i haven't yet seen an r32 done up to its full power and asthetics potential in aus yet. exterior: its debateable which is better, interior: 32 wins hands down! but use it as an excuse to get a set of brides etc...

    Japanese Police

Streeter: i bet u could sell the 180 in aus and buy 2 in japan for the same price... bastard
  17. ive seen a place that says they specialise in automatics (can't remember name but...) and there are always imports and other good cars out front. its on the flinders uni side of the corner of marion and sturt road.
  18. i know what you mean about having to throw it into the corner and be aggressive with the stock lsd. the inconsistency of the stocker is dangerous, it takes too much effort to get it sideways. well u know what i mean. ill definately get the coilovers and braces first then the lsd. I'm thinkin kei office or tein coils from japan, braces from aus and a kaaz 2way from japan. cheers for the posts every1
  19. Bakadesu!: what lsd did you go with? how much difference did it make? cheers.
