Hi All, My engine was just pulled down and i found out my pistons and rings are all shattered!!! My block is in a mess and needs boring.....my head neads a complete recondition. I cant believe this has happened......i could understand one or two pistons but not ALL!!! The car was tuned at 12psi and had 209.1 rwkw. Ive always looked after my car, servicing every 5000km's and was hardly ever flogged. I lost my licence for 6 months and it wasnt driven very much in that time either......ive been able to drive it only for the last 2 months and it started dropping a piston on idle. I think im going to cry....... Im thinking of boring to the size of a rb26 and putting some rb26 forged pistons in.......i was thinking of putting in some '26 rods and cams to save some money instead of buying new forged ones....... Im just worried if i dont buy forged i will eventually have the same problem again......i am dropping in a bigger turbo when the rebuild is complete but its not huge, just one that will bolt on to the original T3 flange and has a 500hp rating...... Will the engine be tough enough to handle it with the above parts??? Has anyone done anything similar????? And can some people help me with my engine rebuild??? Hi All, I have a pair of professionally modified R33 series 1 headlights for sale. They are fully water proof. They cost me $130 each to have them done, and i can the provide receipts if needed. The reason i modified them was they were extremely faded and had uv cracks in the front plastic covers, so i thought i would try something a little different. They have strong clear polycarbon inserts in front of the lenses to stop stones hitting the glass lense and to prevent water leakage. The headlights are located in Coffs Harbour NSW Im asking $250 ono for the pair. I am willing to send them anywhere in Australia. Hi All, I bought an AFM recently off someone on this forum and really wasnt what i expected it was broken had no seal and no mesh. I wasnt told this!!! Im looking for an AFM for an R33 GTST, one that is in GOOD condition. One that has a GREEN sticker, mesh at the front and a seal (rubber o-ring at front of AFM) plus NOT broken. i had this prob when my car got hot on long drives when i got all my bolt ons and car was much quicker. It turned out i needed a bigger fuel reg.......took a while to work out though as there was nothing wrong with my plugs or coils or anything else and did ever think it could be a fuel reg causing a miss.

im looking for the same thing........im importing one though......its cheaper. manuals are hard to find but there were a couple on www.prestigemotorsport.com. Just send him an email and you get a free 1 week trial, they send you all the cars on current auction. there were about 3 black manuals at a starting bid of roughly $5000. they go for about 18-22,000 landed and complied.

look on car point there are a few on there but i think your gonna need at least $15,000 for a manual turbo

Hi, Expressions of interest. Just wondering if anyone would be interested in purchasing one of these heat shields. I can get them made for $150 delivered. The top piece is polished aluminium which is designed to fit on the standard air snorkel. The shield is aluminium and is designed to fit on the standard size AFM and piping. The lights have been modified. I had the professionally done. The plastic covers have been cut off and poly carbon inserts have been put in to protect the lenses and prevent water leakage. Then fully resealed. They are completly water proof.

My beautiful car is regretfully for sale. 1994 Nissan Skyline GTST.5 speed manual. 140,000 kms. Owned since imported 4 years ago. Serviced every 5000kms, extremely loved and well looked after. The car has currently too many mods to list and it producing 210rwkw with standard turbo on 12psi. The car has never been in an accident. But as i would want too much for it with all the current modifications, i am only selling as stock standard (all engine modifications returned to standard). So no hassles from the cops!!! The car has a new TRUST front bar and the rest is NISMO side skirts, rear sides, rear bar and stealth wing. The wheels are 17inch wedsport ( fronts 17" by 8", rears 17" by 9" ) and came on the car from japan. Lowered king springs all round. Immobilizer. Blitz turbo timer. Boost gauge. New gear boot and handbrake leathers. The car has a new radiator core which is larger than original with 25% more cooling. The car is currently getting a full engine recondition at a cost to me of over $2000. Is being rebuilt due to a faulty valve and i thought i would get it reconditioned as it was getting pulled down ( at the time i made the decision to pull down the engine i had no plans to sell ). GTR geoff, Thats sounds good to me and in my price range too..... Thanks for your help. I think i will do exactly that. The only thing is i will still have the standard turbo as the money i was going to use to buy a new one is now going to be used to rebuild the engine. So thats gonna suck having the engine power but not be able to use it!!!

They have poly carbon inserts fitted to the front of each light. Poly carbon is extremely strong and will not brake, shatter or fade. These lights are very different and i have been told they give the car a bmw look. I had them customised at a price of $130 each and i have the receipts to show for it.
