i went and saw kill bill vol 2 and passed through the bwcp last night missed not having my car but the 180sx was still cool

got my afm, my turbo is in brisbane, might have located a fuel pump, i may still yet be ready for gavins guys to tidy up my dodgyness this wednesday

mmm new dump pipe, i remember that, with the stock turbo, boost came on so fast in first when you flattened the pedal the wheels would spin off the line.... very enjoyable feeling

adrian ill try and hang on to the afm till the dyno day, ive already sold it but it should be ok

might have to get the arc welder out and practice my pipe welding im gonna have to enlarge this pipe i have for the intake of my turbo, and i wonder if anyone makes 90mm inside diameter silicone hose

i think proving it on a dyno is a good idea, we have the means and the method to do it, ie adrian ur afm isnt butchered, mine has had the second mesh removed so yer should be interesting to do

chris yer, thats why i say, its odd that the q45 afm doesnt have the second mesh originally, mines brand new and there is no place for the mesh to have sat i guess ill be at the dyno day cause i somehow dont think my car will be ready for the rocky trip bit of a bummer

if you dont wanna butcher your afm, ill bring it to the dyno day and we can change ur afms over and see if it does infact make a difference

the way i see it is dragging the air through 2 sets of mesh is gonna slow it down somewhat
