  4. What do you want? Ive a 33 airbox, nismo gtr front pipes, etc etc. specify buddy.
  5. Ferni you are so right, like HK-T-G monaros were worth nothing in the 80s to the late 90s, now they are so expensive. Its the way it goes I guess.

  7. Do you have the relay box in the door that controls the window motor. Its a rectangle box with a connector going into it at one end?
  8. Im chasing an exhaust temp sensor that goes in the car for an R33 gtst, also the black plastic lid that goes on the fuel tank. The carpet that covers the battery and fuel tank. I have some parts to swap that include, R32 radio brackets, NISMO stainless steel GTR front pipe! Awesome condition. HKS ignition starter button, complete, was working when taken out of car. Greddy turbo timer, not working properly. Stock R33 airbox. Razo pedal set. Im in Vic to, 3 hours from melb.
  9. Ok mate, thought all this one out before as I wanted to do it! Workshops have qouted around 11 to 13g for everything drive in drive out. Less selling your motor etc. To do myself at home with mates an halfcut was going to cost $8500! That was for an R33 GTR halfcut mind you! Bit of mucking around with sump conversion, engine mounts, wiring etc etc! So it is expensive! By the time you work it out it will prob be cheaper to just get an GTR!

  18. Sebastapol auto wreckers in Ballarat are awesome guys. Looked after me when I drove two hours to get there. Got a heap of parts. Will try and find a business card for you.
  19. i had this problem, fixed it by changing whole indicator and light switchs. Got the part from a wrecker for arounf $100, easy to do, take off steering wheel, few screws, unhook some wires, change over then put it all back together and your done. I looked fixing mine to sell but its just all metal slides etc, wouldnt know where to start!

  21. I think its only for the R32 GTRs, it was an australian coined phrase so I say only for the 32's. So because it can handle so much power on stock internals should we call the 2jz the same then? Its nothing to do with the motor. And i would love to see the article on the Rb26 been on stock internals making 841rwhp detuned, that I find hard to believe. Yes its a good motor but its not that good. Even if it was making that much power I doubt it would last long.

I was in the same dilemma mate, do I mod my GTSt or save for a GTR, after much thought I wanted to put an Rb26DETT in my car but after chasing up prices etc on doing this conversion its just not worth it. Yes I could have done pretty much the whole conversion at home as I have lots of friends in automotive trades and enginering trades welding etc). One company wanted around $8500 for an R33 halfcut. At the end of the day its still a GTSt with an RB26, yes no doubt it would fly but If i want the motor so much I think its a better prop to save and buy an R33 GTR, as I also wanted to paint my car midnight purple, hell, By the time Ive done all those mods including R34 GTR wheels it would have cost me a fortune. So Ive decided to leave my car how it is, it is lightly modified, suspension wheels etc etc. And save for an R33 GTR in Midnight purple with Rb26Dett! As a bonus I get 4WD, pumped guards, brembos etc etc. And no matter what I do to it, its still always going to be a GTR. So after my long winded post, keep it relatively stock and save for a GTR in my opinon. It might cost more but at the end of the day which would you rather have in the garage a modified GTSt or a genuine GTR??
