You will have to replace all the seat belts, put 2 child restraint mounts in the rear, side intrusion bars in the doors and replace the petrol filler. Along with this you will need an import licence get it signed off and then get it registered.

Those photos were taken in NZ. I originally brought the car in Japan The car is now in Australia and was brought in as a private import. GTR V
