It might be different with your car but I get about 100km less out of a tank when using BP than when I use Shell 98 The best way to reduce the amount of fuel you use is put the best in the garage and by a smart kar. Just did a bit of a search and from what I found is that they are 45mm lower than standard. I don't know for sure because I have never had standard height suspension for it.

Yeah I have done the same thing with a skyline gts4 written off in S.A all it took was an engineers cert for side intrusion bars in the doors repair the front bumper change tyres then blue slip and regoed but getting insurance was an absolute bitch. Could find anyone to get full insurance from then a female friend of mine decided that the car would look better in the front of my local pub. Lost the car and the friend cause she never paid me a cent for the damage she did

The only way they will damage your shock is if you go too low, the actual shock will top out and crap around the top. I have seen this happen to an old set that I used 40mm lowered springs then cut 2 coils off, this was done for shits and giggles on an old cortina that we used as a paddock/dirt racer and we had it in that car for about a year and a half.

As the title states I have a lowered suspension setup. It is using zoom lowered springs on what I think are standard struts? Was in good conditions when taken out only removed as I upgraded to coilovers. Would like to get $200 for the lot. This would be pick up only because I'm too lazy to pack and deliver honestly. I have 3 that I pulled out (1 of them blew up) with eibach springs in them free to good home but pick up only from maroubra.

Just found another on ebay burnt out interior front bar looks ok and it is located in S.A
