plans are changin design wise, my mate was having a look at Podlewski's trailer
fold up ramps = no need for tilt = cost saving
ka-ching ka-ching
speaking of drift hacks, ive got 46 days to fix a whole heap of shit on mine
getting the other headlight working
power steering rack
alignment
radiator re-core
maybe re-bracket my intercooler so its not held by one bracket and a cable tie
get a silicone reducer joiner so i dont blow my crossover pipe off the rest of my piping (those out last nite will know what im talking about)
and god knows what else
going to attempt to rip out my a/c stuff too (never used it, never gotten round to ripping it out either)
flick, the hose that gave out on you sounds like the one i had give out a couple of times. cost me about 600 bucks over both times to just have them replaced. woulda lost coolant without knowing it? not until it decided to boil over?
yeah, the guy my mate is gettin the sus/axles/brakes thru just needs a stud pattern. 5x114.3 gives us the most flexibility (ford, nissan, toyota, mazda, etc).
also will be in contact regardin them stockies
niiice
got all the LED lights sorted for mine, hopefully goin to be reppin some stock mags of a nissan variety (had a hopeful on a set of R34 NA stockies, as well as a couple of sets of S14/R33 wheels). I cant wait
no more having to pay 80 bucks a day for trailer hire. no more needing servicing ramps to back the ute up onto
ah sweet as, i'll give me mate a ring and let him know. Anyone is free to have a look at it, theres going to be plenty of options for people who want them (extras especially)
basically going to have a 2.8t rated trailer (with electric brakes) on road for just under the 3k mark (as a rough guess atm)
oh, and a small note
the process is started, my trailer is about to be started . Once its built, my mate has said he will be happy to build more (and to your specs). Designs are ADR approved, so will be easy to get passed through a regency inspection to gain registration as well
i'll have my trailer by the time shepparton comes round (give or take a week or two prior to having to go)
^^^^
sounds like the hose i had split on me twice in 12 months, runs behind the block, really gay spot to have a coolant hose LOL
keep spotting (well hearing) fishpaste booting past mine in the evening
Im after one of the following styles of wheel as a set of 4
R32 turbo stockies
R33 / S14 stockies
R34 stockies
or any other set of 15" or 16" alloy wheels with 5x114.3 pcd that are able to be used in a load rated application (ie car trailer). Will even consider ford alloys if anyone has a set (not accepting steelies/interceptors)
Not fussed on condition of tyres (they dont have to have them either). Going to have to buy some LT rated tyres for them anyway
Looking to have a set within the next 3-4 weeks max, as my trailer is due to be assembled in 5 weeks time
PM me, email me or drop me a message (with your name) to my mobile: 0409 049 299
