shaun (my tuner) checked all them to make sure. had never been set up, so he changed them to the appropriate settings and it still wasnt working have you got a link to where they are on the trust / greddy site by chance? so basically everything but the injector and igntion pinouts that vary. if its as easy as that it shouldnt be hard to change then

Hey guys Have had an Emanage blue sittin round for ages. Got one of the accessory harnesses for it so i didnt have to get my wiring loom chopped up / modified during fitting. Got it thru Nengun, it was listed as: Harness - N-4 - Nissan - R32/33/34 GTR - HCR32/HNR32 - ECR33 - C33/34 - A31 Took it to my tuner today (Shaun @ Boostworx). He plugged it all up for me. Powered up fine, showed all the right lights etc once piggybacked in. Only problem he had was getting signal to the ignition. He was getting injector pulse, but no ignition pulse. In the japanese / english instructions, the N-4 Harness is listed as an RB26 wiring loom compatible. There is apparently an N-5 harness for RB20/25 wiring loom. I havent been able to confirm this as such thru Nengun, but it confused me with their listing as above. To save dicking around with having to wait for another harness to come from japan etc, I was wondering if there was any advice to what wires to swap around on the piggyback harness at the factory ECU end to make it work for RB20DET. Shaun had said something about the AFM signal wire from the car loom side being teed to the AFM 2 port on the emanage. I know that there is a way of re-configuring an RB26DETT PFC to suit RB20DET applications, is this similar idea possible with emanage harnesses? Any help is much appreciated

Front Brake Recommendations
Matty 31 replied to Matty 31's topic in Classic & Vintage (1950's-1980's)
as ben said im still needing the cable handbrake up rear as it will be a daily driven car, and having a hydro only setup isnt effective. havent 100% sat down and worked out what exactly the rear will run, its more getting bigger discs and calipers up front that im finding and important issue. Stock size (slotteds) are fine, but still id rather a bit bigger for piece of mind -
sambo, if it had white avs wheels then that'd be ash (sneddy) lol

Hey all, not often i post in here Decided to get off my arse and do some research for upgrading my aus R31 front brakes. I know that straight away i could go to 5 stud by swapping to HR31 / GTS struts with floating hubs, then using s13/14 bits to get the desired result. However this line is not feasible at this time, plus i wanted to research other options for more accessible (and possibly cheaper) parts to do the same job. Pete (66 skyline GT) is going to be helping me, so custom isnt really an issue, as we're in the process of sorting the rear end out for 5 stud. Does anyone have any idea what cars (either within the nissan family or outside it) have a similar front end setup that can allow me to keep my current / slightly modified arrangement and carry across some decent brake options? Current setup: Koni Red adjustables, Aurora custom springs, S13 lower control arms, Whiteline F/R swaybars, Noltec Adj Panhard Rod. As far as i know i cant carry the Koni front inserts across to HR struts, or can i? If so, the next question is how? Making caliper adapters isnt an issue as Pete has said he can pretty much knock up anything. Mainly wanting some larger rotors (to match some larger calipers of course) and a 5 stud arrangement Any thoughts are helpful. This hasnt been posted on the R31 Forum tech section as i assume the only answer id get would be in regards to the known S13/S14 arrangement. Looking at this purely to open up possible avenues for future development Cheers
