  1. As it's a Garrett core I assume, you will need to run a 1mm restrictor. BB turbo's need stuff all oil, but the size of restrictor really depends on your oil pressure.

Probably best to call them and make sure.

I tried dude, the guy wouldn't really give me any solid information but rather pushed me into getting a quote written up which was $150 for the oil line on its own!

The whole earls kit was $239!

  2. That was a suggestion for Joey :)

Personally I have no deers eyes about RB25s, I have the greddy clear cover on my 32 and know Nitto make one also for the RB26 and just thought he might look into that cause I know people have put the 26 covers on 25s but I don't know what's involved in doing so :/

I've looked into it, the rb26 covers won't fit :(

  3. See them here: www.ZakleeCorp.com

I'm offering the RB20 and RB25 cover, as well as a Bolt Kit, in case you have lost or damaged your 20-year old bolts from Nissan.

    Thanks!

Can you make the rb25 cover without the bulge on the front left. I'm running aftermarket cams so I don't need that clearance bulge :)

  4. Wow - I better investigate... I've pretty much out it all together without the manifolds. I'm spewing! I might speak to my machinist and see his opinion on the matter otherwise I gotta rip the head off...

Thanks for the heads up dude!

  5. Check it yorself by blowing compressed air into the cam oil feed and seeing where it comes out, assuming that you have the head off. That way you will k ow for sure.

Problem is, I've already grub screwed the f**ker closed and assembled majority of the motor. Lol

Now you got me shitting my pants Ben...

  6. I'm reasonable sure the front cam bearing is fed via the vct oil supply, so blocking off the vct oil supply causes it to run dry I could be wrong of course!

I'm about to complete a rb3025 build and I blocked off the VCT oil feed as I'm not running VCT. Can somebody please confirm that blocking this feed off will starve the front cam bearing...

    Cheers

Ps: sorry bout the thread hijack! Lol

  7. yeah they were all like that picked it up from repco, its Autotecnica

anyway earthed to lighter socket all seems working fine

You can connect the black cable to any metal point in the vehicle. I generally use the metal dashboard frame and place the black wire under a screw. :)
