  1. lol too true! some of the gaps ur supposed to be able to fit your hands in on these cars is rediculous.
  2. i also vouge for the SK group by, have been thru 2 sets of coilovers, and these by far are more comfortable and handle a hell of alot better.
  3. Small car sunday mate....lol dunno why ppl cant just type the whole thing, but i cant talk tho hehe. Whens teh cruise on for?
  4. Id def be keen for it...pm when sutffs organised!
  5. Do u know for sure that its not the AFM. Just because u cleaned it doesnt mean that that has ruled it out...Mine went cactus the other day and had symptoms very close to yours, even though i cleaned it . Mite pay to check the voltage on the AFM and see whether it is itermitantly cutting in and out as mine was. Drop Gary (Sydney Kid) a line and see if he knows the voltages for a 25 AFM and what its all supposed to read. Only other thing i could suggest is ur o2 sensor, check ur coilpacks one by one, check the connections for these, or
  6. Interesting...I just had my car dyno'd today and made 168.5RWKW on a 32 RB20DET with 14psi, fuel pump, with around 11.5 AFR etc etc usual mods, and it seems around the money for what the car has done to it. And yeah i have also heard that shauns dyno does tend to read lower figures in general than some other dynos but as people keep on saying it is easy to fudge the figures. my 2c.
  7. Yeh same to you mate...looking very nice...Had a feeling it was you from here as i see you on here few times...Car wasnt running to well (mine) so i decided to give it a bit of stick to try and clear her pipes hence the thrashing down west terrace for a bit. Still havnt fixed it tho ah well...If i see you round ill be sure to say hi.
  8. Spotted a white 4 door 32 with "panda" style paint job (black roof, hood, boot etc i think) down west terace and then along greenhill...was driving slow with me down greenhill. Cudnt see the rims tho as we were moving. I was the black 2dr 32 infront of you.
  9. I know i could have searched this, but i wouldnt get an answer to my question directly, more so i would have to read through pages and pages of unrelated information. Anyway, I was wondering what pads people are using and what they think of them. 1. In terms of overall performance (stopping ability, fade, etc.) 2. In terms of brake dust 3. In terms of noise Any help is much appreciated Cheers, David
  10. I can also vouch for castrol...I have it in my 32 (not running anywhere near as mych power as roy) never the less....After putting it in, gearbox felt a fair bit smoother. Definately worth it and not over priced.
  11. I also have the same problem but on my RB20DET gearbox. I believe it is one of the thrust or spigot bearings in the gearbox (mine is the spigot because it only creaks when u move the pedal) whereas if its when the clutch pedal is released and ur not touching it, then it is usually the thrust bearing. Not Sure tho....Any experts care to help me ouut here?
  12. How did you know you tank was dirty? Fuel Pump making funny noises or????
  13. Indicators...what condition...any chance of pics....will you post?
  14. cheers mate! thats awsome ill get a consult unit and test for it...then go ahead with it all
  15. Nah not overly...a little tho...What happens is ill be on like maybe cruising throttle position whilst accelerating softly to 60 and in second or or third it all of a sudden cuts out and starts rolling as if its going to stop...2 seconds later...it jerks and fires up again and all is sweet. I must say tho, it does feel even when cruising that the engine is under more load than it should or used to feel like.... AANY ideas? Im leaning towards the the o2 sensor..but anyone had similar troubles with different outcome?
  16. Well i used it anyway, as i figured even if it left a residue then id be able to get it off using carby cleaner anyway. Seemed to make the car a little bit more smoother to drive, but im not sure whether the hesitation i have been getting is gone or not. Made sure i blew out as much of the WD40 as i could with an air gun. Will have to see on whether this has owrked or whether it was my o2 sensor! Cheers, David
  17. You will have to pull extremely hard on the bottom seat to try and dislodge the bottom clip of the seat, but this is much harder than it sounds, you sort of need, whilst pulling up, pull forward and back to lever it out. Theres no real exact way to get it out. The top half thenyou will need to lift upwards while pulling backwards (to pull the seat off the clips). This may take some time, and be careful with this part as i found my hooks that clip onto the back, arent made of every strong metal and can be bent quite easily, possibly snapped if bent too much. Getting them back on is the hardest part though. I just got it almost sitting on the clip then just hit it as hard as i could and it popped on.
  18. hey flick, another CSA member on here aswell lol! Im the dude from teh massive cruise with the black 32.
