i had some worthless piece of shit screwdriver my boot lock, in addition to this they bent the actual mount (the hole it locks onto) so it dented the boot. Its just so pathetic that someone would do such a thing just because u have something better than them. its pure jealousy IMO.

Supprise Breakages... Tell Your Story Or Saga...

1st week of owning my 93 32 Gts-T i was driving around and noticed the clutch pedal started to get really heavy...Kept driving andyway i was probably about 0.5km from home and the thing would not go into first. Having just got my liscense i was like shit ive done a clutch, its all over. Anyway got home (just) and the next morning clutch pedal was flimsy as macca's cheese. Blown master cylinder on the clutch, 250 later from Mr. Nissan and she was all sweet. Driving around in town in adelaide and i noticed the idle revs were getting low and the lites seem to be dimming, so i did all in my power to keep the thing from stalling, but allbeit still stalled and was stranded for and hour and a half waiting for the old boy to take a look. Jump started the car for about 15 mins and then had to ring the tits outa it to get it home without running outa power. One alternator dead the next day. Not only this, about 6 months later it died again but in not so hazardous situation. Another time driving from a mates house across town, i noticed the car didnt seem to want to boost at all, and would just backfire and splutter and have a big shit anytime i put my foot down. Anyway got home went to start the car in the morning...Dead as a doorknob. One fuel pump later (which was supposed to be higher flowing than stock...which it WASNT when i replaced it with an 040 earlier this year) and she was all sweet again. Bushes have been f**ked and creaking for about a year now (money problems) which apparently done before i got the car. Hmmmm thats bout all, but there are others, interesting to see im not the only one with that much bad luck. -

MMM, i would be worried bout anything else, but the idle was casuing the only real concern for me. Ive just set up a new CAI for the 32 hopefully to lower the intake temps marginally, guess we'll see. So no one has had the idle problem tho??! And really the only solution is to get a bigger thermo fan or the like?
-
Ive notice in the last couple of hotter months, my car in traffic (heavy peak hour), when the temperatures in excess of 34, all of a sudden starts idling like a rotten piece of crap (heaps low idle like 400RPM) and taking off is rediculously doughy and sluggish. Then ill get home lift the hood check all the cooler pipes etc and they will be rediculously hot (as to be expected tho) and the heat shield will be "tinging" (cooling metal) to all buggery. Im just wondering if anyone else gets this, or what i should do to help this, or if turning the aircon on to get some additional airflow in will help ( i kno this helps in other cars as it switches on the aircon fan which draws cooler air in to the engine bay). Cheers, David

On mine mate it was a piece of piss besides the double sided tape. 1st you undo all 3 bolts on the boot (depends on the wing and what 32 gtst you have), then using fishing line to cut the double sided tape. Then just pull her up once youve disconnected the electrical terminals.
-
There are 7 bolts/clips in total. 3 on the front (you can see these when u open the bonnet) 2 below the indicators (need to take the indicators out) 2 at the very edge of the front bar close to the wheel. Once you undo all these you can pull the bar off exposing the reo bar. Then to take the reo bar off there are two f**k off bolts connected to the chassis rails (by memory) which you need to undo and she'll come off. Make sure ur carefull taking all this off tho, dont scratch ur paint and i would reccomend not doing it by yourself so someone can help you hold everything whilst u do it.

R32 Front Bumper Adjustment Question
R32Abuser replied to CeJay's topic in Exterior & Interior Styling
You cant really fine tune the fit but can take all of the bolts out and replace them in the position that you want ythe front bar to sit in. However youll need another set of hands to help you out. There are 3 bolts on the front, 1 below EACH indicator, and 1 on EACH bottom of the front quarter panel. Undo all these and pull the front bar/bumper and then off the reinforcement bar and you will have removed the frotn bar. -
Hi, Ive recently purchased SydneyKids group buy bushings (front and rear camber kits, and Front caster kit). And am in a bit of a pickle lol My usual mechanic that i use for installs changed his number so i cant get hold of him (names Ryan owns a Silver 31 Aus spec with import spec parts on it) anyway, so i need to install these bushings however i still live at home and have a 2 car garage with 3 cars so we are limited on space so doing it myself at my house is impossible really unless i wud be able to get it done in under a day which i dont think i wud as i wud take it slow. Anyway, im wondering if anyone on here, having done THIS KIT before, is willing to install them for me. I can assist but having not pulled the control arm apart before unless im instructed to exactly do things, then it would take me alot longer. Obviously I would pay an amount which (whoever it may be) and i thought was fair. Id ratehr do it this way instead of taking it to a workshop as this way at least i can learn as i go along should the time come where i need to do it again or need to help someone in the same position. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers, David

Rb25 Turbo Differences Between Models?
R32Abuser replied to eXc's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
i thought 32's were journal bearings??? anyone care to clear this up? -
why is there such disparency between weights of the 32 Gts-T? I have seen several sources of the 32 Gts-t weighing roughly about the 1260-1280kg mark. Yet a few others quote 1320 or slightly more. I thought ive read from a factory source they were 1280kg...but anyone care to clear this up?
-
yeah i initially went down this rd...but then found nothing but a tool kit (factory one) and thats about all...shes all clear now. I think im going to have to get someone to check...could it be any of my bushes being farked and causing excess noise?
-
nup not the jack...i took mine out (shud put it back in as its defectable) any other ideas?
-
RIP Condolances to the family/ies involved

Anyone had a similar experience on a 32, Gts-t, no that it matters really caus its definately an interior item making the noise (I THINK), and they are more or less the same. Anyway, evcerytime i find a pothole in the rd (Adelaide roads are shocking so this happens many times), it sounds as if something towards the rear seats or speakers etc rattles, ive checked the seats and they seem to be down firmly (i got a seat rattle ages ago but fixed that all up) but now there is another problem. Anyone had anything similar happen????
