  2. its great to be back too bad i missed the Bobbin head cruise!!! would have been there...
  3. Hey Peepz... Yeah I was on canley vale rd, going to get my front wheels fixed because the stupid Nissan Dealer's apprentice cross-threaded 2 of the nuts of the front right wheel. Vishes was out of action for a while because it needed some cosmetic surgery to the rear end Shes now as good as new on sticky rubber to own you skylines Here are some pics of VISHES: http://www.pbase.com/image/12956649 http://www.pbase.com/image/12956645 http://www.pbase.com/image/12956646
  4. i went to see a few workshops today and asked what it takes to get 200kw@wheels for s15. The answer is you need a bigger turbo (T28 maxed out at 187kw @ 1.2bar), bigger injectors, and ECU on top of the usual first stage mod (FMIC, full exhaust, airfilter, EBC)
  5. rev210: i reckon you'll break 12s if you strip your rear seats to the boot i ran 13.4@103mph with full exhaust, airfilter (pod style no shield), bov, 1bar with EBC and stripped interior from rear seats to boot. everything else is stock including drivetrain, suspension and tyre pressure. i believe a street car should run 'as is' without deflating tyre pressures or changing suspension setup
  6. u guys need weight reduction!!! hehehe i ran 13.4 @ 103mph on stock tyres, 1bar, full exhaust, airfilter and stripped interior from rear seats to boot
  7. Judd: full exhaulst (including dump pipe?) Yang: u need the dump pipes to cut into 12s....ur future mods will be restricted if u dont have free flowing dump pipes!!!
  8. Yang: lets look on the bright side.....our cars are heaps prettier than those 10 second cars
  9. nah not blitz...profecB what mods have u done??? Yang and I wanted to line up against each other..but the Marshall said to give him prior notice...the 2nd time we asked him again..but due to the oil spill, he didnt bother arranging for our 2 cars!!
  10. hey Judd...my terminal speed was 165kph and 60ft was 2.0 does that mean if i improve on 60ft time i can cut the time to very low 13s???? i've only got airfilter, exhaust and 1bar.....giving ur car a diet programme helps
  11. wow!!! i feel my head is swelling up!!! hehehe... it was a great night...i reckon there should be more imports and new skool cars
  12. yeah i was happy with that run....all night i was doing low 14s..then last run i decided to launch a little harder yep..i was there with my friend...she wanted some seahorses!!! i thought it was intrusive since they were having a private grand opening party...
  13. My first run, I came up against a V8 Calais (REACTA) which side wayed so bad he posted an 18 second. That was the only victory I had as my other runs considered of 10 second Rotaries!!!! I tried to transfer my street launch technique to the drag strip. Which didn't work!!! In my last run, I tried something unorthodox and came up short of upsetting Mr Yangsta!!!!!!! hehehehe Overall I had fun and learned a great deal from dragstrip racing
  14. Hello Peepz...the impression i had from this drag meet was that SAU would hijack the scene from the rotaries and V8s....but that was not the case oh well next time we can turn up in numbers As for my result, I ran a best time of 13.4 @ 103mph @ 1 Bar with 2.0sec 60ft time
  15. i'll have to check the newsagent out 2morrow....
  16. yeah who else is running from SAU???
  17. i think you got your facts mixed up....read ur 3rd party property policy again. 3rd party property covers any car or property that you damage. most insurance companies will cover up to 20 million dollars of damage. Also most insurance companies will cover you (under 3rd party) if you were not at fault and the other person is uninsured up to the value of $3000.
  18. Loz, havent u heard of the theory that nice cars always get good parking spot? hhahaha.. i circled chinatown for 30 minutes before i found the spot on George St...and i was reluctant to park there.....had my s14 trashed on George St 3 years ago
  19. man im getting offended by these non s15 cars wanting to be s15!!!!! and even more offended when its a non Nissan car!!!! hahehehehe...
  20. Jet-33: guess u didnt listen to the news when u saw it on the news!!!
  21. For a GTiR to beat a GTR - the victory is plausible and calls for a celebration. Its like David versus Goliath. However, if it was reversed, then the victory is expected and nothing to be excited about btw Jet Li would kick Van Damme's ass anyday!!! lolz...Van Damm has speed??? hmm that is questionable
  22. Ed's a circuit man!!!!! Judd: yeah generally parked around chinatown
