Sending Suspension In The Mail From Japan..
Poida replied to Poida's topic in Suspension, braking and tyres
Thanks guys.. Will pop it in the post via sea mail tomorrow! Can't wait! -
Hey there all, I'm currently living in Japan and have just bought a set of coilovers for my car. They are Tanabe (Sustec 5s) and I would like to send them to Australia. However, I called the post office and they said anything containing Gas cannot be sent. Full Stop. Is this true? And if so, how does everyone send their stuff over? Also, I'll be going back to Australia later this year. Can i take the shocks apart, send the springs etc via mail and then put the shocks into my baggage? Thanks for your help Peter

There wouldn't be any consequences because frankly they wouldn't lend you the car in the first place.

A link or download?

I can't see you thai moo'ing anything when hes in the 2 tonne truck thats pointed straight in your direction, and you're the innocent by stander who's about to get unknowingly hit from behind...

What akeenan says is true... If you're after a keitai for 3 weeks, either rent one @ the airport, or get one from softbank (Previously Vodafone, Pre-previously something or other..) at the Conbini.. They'll set you back 10,000 yen from the Conbini with 3000 yen worth of credit i believe. Most decent family marts should have them.
