Burns, there are some things you just shouldnt own up too...
I know this is your bike, 'cause you kids wouldnt be seen dead on it.
It really is my bike, I don’t have kids. I have a KTM200EXC as well but don’t think I have any pics.
The back up car was having brown outs today. With the head lights, rear demister, fan and wipers going the radio would drop off if the revs dropped or I used the brakes and the blinkers and brake lights wouldn’t work at the same time.

These are the bits I need. I think I have the right part numbers
Clutch Pedal. Part Number: 46540-0V700
Clutch Pedal Bracket. Part Number: 46550-0V700
Handbrake mount bracket. Part Number: 34938 - AA200
Thanks

Show us a picture of your bike
Notice the exhaust on the trailer? That fell off the back up car.

It will probably be going in next week. I'm not just looking forward to having the manual in but actualy being able to drive it. It's been off the road more than on since Feb and im starting to get sick of my back up car.

Dose any one have
Model number
VIN number
Engine number
Build date
For a Series 2 Manual
I need to look up the part number for the Clutch Pedal, Pedal Bracket, handbrake bracket and a few other little bits for I need to get for my manual conversion?

Yep it's a Dayz with a bit cut out for the intercooler.
It's just a R33 brake cylinder stopper.
The return pipe is behind the core and it uses the stock holes but they have been enlarged for the bigger pipes.
It came with the car so I don't know what cost is. It's a Blitz kit.
It took 4 months to get the parts and another month at the panel beaters but the outcome is fantastic.
Being backed into by a Prado wasn’t that bad a thing after all.

One is fixed the other is waiting for parts.

I have purchased all the parts myself and have done all the work up to needing a hoist. I'm paying a workshop to do the work that needs a hoist and set the clutch system up so I can drive it home then I will finish it off.
It will end up being around $3,000 - $3,500 not including the centre console. I will work that out later ether moding the auto one, making up a new one using the auto one or maybe buy a manual one if that won’t work.

All ready to head to the workshop to get it converted.

Yep they are buddy club P1's 17X8 and 17X9. The rears are a very tight fit. With the Bilstins in before I had the camber bushes fitted the upper inside of the wheel scraped on the lower spring seat.

Turbos cam make more power on LPG than on Petrol if set up correctly. My old VL turbo made 20kw more when tuned for LPG. LPG has an octane rating of around 110 so you can run higher boost and more ignition advance.
I would be interesting to see if a Skyline tank would fit under the Stagea seat even if not doing a LPG conversion it would give you a much better range.

They are fantastic. I got the 4 pots with 330mm DBA 4000 series rotors, braded lines and Ferodo DS2500 pads. The rears are still stock but I will get some R33 GTS-t rears to put on once the dint and busted gearbox is sorted out. I had to have the mounting holes in the adaptor brackets re-drilled and taped bigger to take the bolts and cut a notch out of them for clearance to the hubs but apart from that it was a piss easy install.
I guess they made a mistake when making the brackets or maybe the Stagea has different front hubs / steering knuckle to a GTR.
The pedal feels so much better, much easier to modulate and threshold brake and the ABS still works as it should or better, they work well when cold or hot. I noticed a little brake squeal when braking lightly in reverse but that was it. They will probably get even better once bedded in; I only got to do about 100km on them before stuffing my gearbox.

So your not getting all new bits through insurance? Luci normaly wont work with 2nd hand bits. Maybe he decided it was worth it given the wait for new bits from Nissan. My car is waiting for him to finish on one of these before it can go into the paint booth.
-
Yeah your window was closed. The pics were taken on Friday it was washed and locked up. I think he is still waiting for parts. The parts for my car have only just arived.
-
They are both going through insurance with the other parts at fault so full repair with new parts from Nissan.
-
One is mine. The other owner has already posted pics of his.
They are both the victums of twits not looking when they reverse. Both at the same panel beaters.

I saw a silver one in the Grand Hyat underground car park in Flinders Lane last night.

Thanks I couldn't see any part numbers on the box. But going by ferni's explanation I think the box that was sold to me as an R33 is actualy an R32. See the pics the MC mounts in front of the clutch fork.

Gigidy I bought a R33 GTR gearbox today and the hand brake leaver and will order the clutch pedal, MC, bracket ect next week.
The only problem is that no one keeps the flywheel and clutch housing bolts and they are a bit expensive new from Nissan.
Are the auto flexplate to crank bolts the same as the manual flywheel to crank bolts?
Have you used the R34 clutch hydraulic lines or just had a braded hose made up? The R34 lines look complicated with a few bits of pipe, hose and brackets.
Have you just used a R33 GTS-t rubber gear leaver boot?
Thanks

How do I tell the difference between a R32 GTR and R33 GTR gearbox when out of the car? I’m looking at one tomorrow and want to be sure it’s a R33 box.
Also how can I check the condition of a gearbox when out of the car?
Thanks

It's just a different calibration to protect the auto. The autos break! Heaps of cars are detuned for the auto variants. The Stagea is detuned a bit more than the skyline auto because it id heavier and AWD.
