  1. Haven't posted in a while due to the hiccups that we have ran into once getting the turbos back and installed once again. The car was still not making the power it should have. Was putting down 315 on on pump (93) on 16psi. Just wasn't adding up. So we started to go down the list of fixes. 1. Pulled the upper plenum off of the turbo side to pressurize the system and look for any sort of leak. I found that under pressure the line leading to the valve on the brake booster was cracked at the tip and leaking. It has just hardened over time, split, and wasnt sealing. This was steadily bleeding off pressure that the motor would see. This would also help explain why the motor w/ the boost controller turned off would only see about 6 psi when according to HKS the gates should be at 12-14. Fixed the leak and got it to hold 9psi. 2. Random misfire. Got the skip cleared up (1 coil and loose pin in injector clip). Drove the car, felt strong, no skip, made 8-9psi (in traffic) consistently. 3. The FMIC.... It's a GReddy/Trust big intercooler (4 inch) but the age of this is unknown. With it being tube and fin it has a decent amount of damage visibly, but the core of it is outdated killing the spool up. Hopefully this brings it up to 12-14 psi on gate pressure before we get to turning the Boost controller on. I did pick the car up for a day to drive after the misfire and brake booster leak was fixed and it felt great compared to the state I dropped it off in. The turbos was coming in around 3500rpm and giving about 6 psi. Handles amazing and the new suspension is noticable instantly. The tires grip amazingly and the car idles and sounds much better. Hopefully this is the last piece needed (haha)
  2. It’s a one of one. Made by @goautoworks on Instagram. Shoot him a message on IG and he’ll be able to give more insight and details as well as pictures. Currently I’m out of town.
  3. Currently waiting to get the turbos back and installed at the moment. But the gentleman's name is Rich Walker. Did an amazing job! His Facebook profile is of a Blue pitbull with shades haha
  4. Sooooo I posted the dyno vids, but the power the car put down and the spill up times just did not add up. So we pulled the turbos after only being able to get 410hp to the wheels on e85. We shipped them off to a Garrett shop in Florida and...... OK, both turbos had the tips blown off, which is why it would have been more sluggish than normal on spool up. Both had bearing cartridge wear, but the rear one was completely worn out, which is what would have made the wind down afterwords so loud and it not making any power. rear one also had wheel to housing contact. The compressor wheels were actually changed for the HKS 2530s and arent standard 2860s. The "kicker", Garrett doesn't sell that cast compressor wheel any longer. So, What can be done is upgrade compressor wheels to higher efficiency billet wheels, new bearing cartridges, new turbine wheels, housings all blasted/machined, VSR balanced etc... The turbos were the only part that I bought secondhand. Now it’s all gonna be fresh parts.
  5. The ECUMaster EMU Black has been a great product, but the customer service was not the best initially. I was on "backorder" which turned out to be a lazy employee who was procrastinating on making the RB26 plug N play harnesses. Once the harness was made, I was sent a SR20 pin out instead of RB26. Once that debacle was handled, there wasn't any issues as far as the product itself. They terminated the guy who had me on backorder for 2 months, but the motor was out of the car at that moment so i wasn't too upset. The tuner has no issues with tuning it and once we had the right pin out the systems on the car work flawlessly. I have to get back to you on the MeisterRs after I get it back and get a few weeks of behind the wheel time.
  6. Sneak peak of the Dyno Tune session. This was dialing in the pump tune with a few pulls. Im in love with the BOV sound ! Sounds like the 2530s are trying to suck all the air in the room
  7. Pulled the car out of the shop for the first time in Months!! This is where we're at so far. Quickly got the bumper and hood mounted back on Friday (January 18th) as the tuner called and was available to start on the pump gas tune. He picked it up that afternoon and worked on the tune and boost controller on the pump gas settings. Only 2 things came up. The power steering belt shredded for whatever reason (thinking just age). It has been replaced and all is well. Lower charge pipe blew off at high boost/rpm... it may have not been tightened all the way after adding the bung, then swapping to wiring the bung. It's been reinstalled and all is well. I was then informed Sunday (January 20th) that the tuner will be going out of town until the 4th. At that point I told him to bring me the car back so I can get the alarm taken care of instead of it just sitting idle. Got another Viper 5706v Two-Way Alarm to get put in since it was removed with all the harnesses that were tapped in the wires. So, all that should be left is the gas swap and E85 dyno time. I was sent a breakdown of the tuning bill so far. This is what the tuner was able to accomplish thus fur: 3 hours tuning AFR and boost controller 2 hours of ECU tuning AFR and accel tables. Now, I have to wait until he is back AND have the time to get it on the dyno and tuned... Almost at the finish line!
  8. Quick Update: Custom Catch can installed to the right of the radiator. 1000cc injectors dropped in and idle set up. Bought an AEM IAT sensor and moved it to the intake piping next to BOV. Installed the seats back into the car (Need to install the Shift/E-Brake Suede Boots) Car should be with the tuner before the month is out. Gonna do the pump gas then e85. Dyno and road tune for drive-ability. Jun Style front lip installed and fenders pulled and rolled. Also, got the old Optima Yellow Top battery out of their for a more suitable choice.
  9. Small Update: MAF's Deleted and Piping painted wrinkle Black How the bay sits as of now.
  10. Deleted the Stock Blow off Valves since going MAP. Thoroughly enjoying the videos of the progress. Keeps the parts added and work done as receipts. Hope y'all enjoying them as well
  11. Another small video update on the build. MAFS deleted and new Pod filters. Custom 3" Intakes made for the turbos.
  12. Quick update and just a visual of the build thus far... So all the parts for the build have been ordered and on hand at the moment. My battery was constantly weak and we came to realize once there's a ton of random harnesses that are not being used. So to clean it all up Zack is going in there and getting rid of the unnecessary wires. Getting the seats done in perforated leather where the darker blue is on the seat and perforated Suede in the middle. Have suede e-brake and shift boot and will be covering the back seat with black carpet to match! Hope you're enjoying it so far!
  13. Lol "Bald Eagles" I want to see what My setup will bring in now. USA Ponies
  14. Im currently using NZefi's GTR Injector Resistor Delete at the moment so I will check this out and see. Thanks for the info!
  15. Things Left: Swap over 1000cc injectors and PnP clips Delete MAFS (Turbo intake pipes 3" w/ compact filters wrinkle black) Custom oil catch can behind battery made by Go-Autoworks. (http://go-autoworks.com/) Order GM IAT sensor + use M12x1.5 to 3/8 male/female adapter Install ECUMasters ecu, wire subharness (Wire in Wideband) Tune Session Pump to E85. Gonna pull the 4WD fuse and see what it's capable of. Will update with more photos as they come in.
  16. A lot of progress has been made on the build and here's an update: The motor is back in the car and running flawlessly. No more oil leaks and compression checks across the board are amazing! Wrinkle Black Paint really makes this look great! Radium rail installed w/ stock injectors. Will place the new injectors in once we get the ECU Plug n' Play Harness. I love just admiring the new look on the intake side of the bay. Aeromotive FPR w/ pressure gauge. The FlexFuel Sensor is also mounted on the strut tower. The Aeromotive fuel filter is the only thing not in the bay. It is under the car with the fuel lines. Oil cooler mounted w/ new lines This is the current ride height on the MeisterR ZetaCRD. Havent got a chance to drive so no review on the stiffness/comfort just yet. Definitely gonna have to roll the rears with this setup.
  17. ECU and Flex Fuel Sensor came in. The ECU itself is very small and compact. Picked up the Plug and Play harness for the RB26. Got a bluetooth sensor also to run the Real Dash (or apps similar) on a tablet.
  18. Maybe you've seen it done before maybe not, but here is a video of mine being done. Twin turbo pipe divider mod.
  19. Mid-Week Update: Attack the issue with the oil cooler lines and fittings. It now has the correct size AN fittings and all new black hoses. New mounting brackets on the oil cooler also adde d. The oil cooler will be mounted behind the intercooler and parallel with the car. Pics to come soon! To add a little more to the upgrades I asked to have the "Twin Turbo" Divider Mod to be done.
  20. GLOSSY BLACK ESR SR08 18x9.5 +15 All Around. These are the Work Wheels CR Kai's design. Waiting on the 265/35 Federal 595 RS-R.
  21. Suspension came in today. Also grabbed some Energy Suspension 3-Piece Tension Rod Bushings since mine were all worn out. Now Im awaiting the Wheels and tires to get in so the suspension portion will be completely done.
  22. Water Pump, timing belt, tensioner, etc... all installed. As you can see the Tomei cam gears in as well. All over the engine covers were blasted to the bare metal before the Wrinkle Black paint was applied.
  23. Got the turbos installed on the motor now and about to start fabricating the braided lines next for the project. I am also in the market for coilovers. The ones that are installed now are Tein Adjustable Type-TS CruiseMaster, which can't be found on the web. They were on when I bought the car, so their age is really unknown. Right now I have my eyes set on a set MeisterR Zeta CRD (https://www.meisterr.com/products/zetacrd/?attribute_pa_vehicle=nissan-skyline-r32-gtr-bnr32-89-94). They have great reviews in the UK and have recently started a USA department. Can get them Rebuilt and different parts here in the states. Second choice would be the more known BC Type RS coilovers. Leaning towards the MeisterR at the moment and will make a decision before the weak is out.
