battery shouldnt drop below 10V on cranking is it a sealed battery (maintenance free)... or has it got the cells you can top up? you might wanna load test the battery...thats your best bet. maybe run it past an auto elec and have a chat to them, usually they are nice enough to do a free quick battery check... cos if its rooted, chances are you'll buy a battery off them so its in their intrests to help you out

i had similar problem, bought a CAI shield for my pod... and realised it didnt allow for stock FMIC piping soo it started out cutting and testing and cutting and testing, but still turned out bad... its very difficult to make, as the intercooler pipes pass through on an angle...and its not a perfect circle cut i saw this recently... might help u in some way http://jsai.com.au/index.php?page=shop.pro...t&Itemid=29

hey perfect timming, i had a similar problem a few days ago, water leaking in through the spoiler holes and onto my subs what i did was, buy some rubber sheet/mat from Bunnings, cut it to fit between the boot lid and the spoiler... like a rubber gasket ...worked perfectly and worked as a 'dampener' for spoiler rattles gl with whatever you do

hey all iv got a mate whos not a member... i dont know why hes not, WHAT AN IDIOT!!! lol anyways his problem is hes got an r34 gtt 2door while hes driving anywhere... usually above 60km/h, all the electrics shut off and the engine dies, till he comes to a stop...wait a few minutes and then starts up again perfectly fine....wierd hes taken the car to a local mechanic and aparently it requires a "hot/ cold sensor".....worth $900 from Japan now...... iv never heard of this. im a 3rd year app mechanic n iv asked many friends at work... no idea any help? is my mate getting stooged? cheers

hi all iv done a number of searches but failed to find the info im looking for i have the option of going to my exhaust guy who will order me a X force exhaust(r34 gtt) and put it together with mild steel for 1300 http://www.xforce.com.au/cars/view_car/14 or buying the same kit on just jap in stainless steel for 1300... http://justjap.com/store/product.php?produ...=252&page=5 my question is, has anyone bought the just jap kit? did it come with a hotdog or an oval resonator as i would pref the oval resonator and is the cannon angled? if im lucky, the just jap exhaust is oval and stainless for 1300...... if im lucky lol any help would be great cheers

im not a guru but i have installed a few systems in the past sounds like u got a great set up as is, so i wouldnt go changing the JL units the splits have no bass.. and the 6x9's in the rear are there to just 'fill in' but yeah rule of thumb for me is 10" in a sealed box for sharp bass, 12" either ported or sealed in reference to the sub specs for all round music and 15" in a ported box for RnB and not so fast doof doof i'd go a single 12inch for ur set up... a heavy one..means lots of magentic coils for quick bass open to more info, id like to know what other ppl think... let me know if im totally wrong lol hope thats helpful cyas

iv got a alpine KCE-350 in my r34... double din, 7" screen, touch screen only thing is equalizer is a let down,great unit n awsome pcture

that uras front bar is shockingly ugly...

not so important to remove the side trims, iv just done my whole system and didnt remove the trims the trims tend to sit in the pacel shelf... so u can push down on the sides and slide it forward thats just how i did it, but each to their own gl p.s if ur gonna swap front speaks to rear...might as well upgrade

( i thought that was way too much) keep us posted how u go, all the best

average is around $270 usually if u get the employees numbers n get them to do a 'back yarder' they will charge apporx. $150 ( for any tint u want) but theres no warranty... pros and cons me personally, gonna go the backyard option

iv heard that down here in Vic, you can have any interior neons u want. but exterior u can have as long as their not red, something to do with ppl confusing them with break lights or traffic lights... that or some1's pulling my leg but i know u can interior for sure l8trs

*new to this site But just wondering how much insurance would be on an R33 Gts-T for a first car.. im 17 atm, n cnt wait to get a car, im fixed on getting an r33 Gts-T and iv got the $$$ for it, the insurance is my only prob, and iv heard that AAMI and others wont touch imports anymore...tru? is so wats left?
