  1. oh.. i forgot he is also under "girlfriend control" e.g. whatever he gets she has to approve of, so unfortuantely i think i know what might happen
  2. ... hehe.. that sounds like a "dear new idea" letter there doesn't it?
  3. hmmm... i got a friend who is car shopping at hte moment.. says he has $14k to spend. Now he is talking things like Silvias, R32 skylines, etc thanks to me but is always leaning towards a 92 beamer.. how do i talk him out of this?? lol
  4. $one fity.. $one sixy with the postage.. bit steep for a bit of metal but it can be difficult to cut it to shape. Somebody suggested the side of old cases make a good base to make good CAI's at home.
  5. it wasn't 3 months was it? Anyhow... its here.. its really only a few pieces of metal, but the cuts etc are nice and nice finish. hey matt, check out bunnings.. you can get big reals of the drainage stuff for about $30.. that would make nice airflow to the front bar. I think that is what mine is really.
  6. is this this "cruising panel shop" ?? if he is the type that stuffs people around i'll take it elsewhere. As I was thinking of going to him next 2 weeks or so. He sounded good on the phone. How much work was he doing with your car? was it replacement panels, etc? i really just need painting and sideskirts fitting.
  7. yeah.. the r33 is sitting out there with the ECU removed and not really going anywhere for a while. Its up to 97,000km and the timing belt hasn't been changed.. needs new front brakes. Just not worth the risk at the moment.
  8. oooo.. nice quality.. hmm.. looks like i just found something to do.. get this on the 33
  9. most jobs go through connections.. hence why i think i found it hard to first find work up here. Now I sort of have 3 jobs :-s heyyyyyyyyy... my CAI box FINALLY arrived just then.. /me tares open packaging..
  10. ahh ..ok, i'll try that. Thought it possibly could be something like that. Problem is my gamebiz server/mail host which i use for the most part is over in the states..
  11. female whoring in here? ooo.. not sure whether the boys are ready for that one
  12. you need to have 2 cars.. one for daily driving and one for having fun.. its the only way to do it IMHO. The amount of stress i got with driving the R33 daily was ridiculous.
  13. :wavey:
  14. the problem is i have 4 ISP email accounts.. and all of them exhibit this problem.. its always happened.. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
  15. we have a massive ant problem here.. removed all traces of food and they're still going crazy. In fact this house has a whole insect infestation. If I had my way I'd just fumigate the whole friggin place and be done with it. Unfortunately my flatmate doesn't believe in any form of chemical insect controls the amount of roaches i've had to kill.. I'm going to be glad to see the back of this place!
  16. lol.. hey ben, my email is all stuffed.. i am getting "relaying denied" so unable to send any emails at the moment.. its always doing this and shits me right up the wall? Anybody have a solution?
  17. .. and your only day off where i don't actually have to do much for about 3 weeks and your flatmate is home all day?
  18. ****.. dont you hate it when you go to the toilet and its full of ants??
  19. a bosch 210 is around $230 if you want one of them..
  20. I can't read that but can you read this MAtt is Gay lolzzz
  21. msn came back up.. or maybe it was just me
  22. i'm not sure how its not possible to know about us if you own a skyline
  23. wtf is msn down?!
  24. yes i like a bit of anger nah.. well that driveway was a handful.. hate big driveways.. nah, well the thing is i had to floor it in reverse. As my clutch doesn't like "creeping" its floor it or stall. So getting up backwards up a steep hill as you can imagine i had to do a reverse burnout.. hehe
  25. test & tune would be good.. but i've realised my tyres are nearly bald.. good old Falken ZE326's -- lasted 15,000km, may get another 5,000km out of them -- and I'm not really a fan of the burnout even
