Hahahahahaha yea wet dog smell it's hard to get rid off , but hey try using powdered baking soda and powdered charcoal to help to remove unpleasant smells from your car, You'll find that cleanup is easier when using both dry baking soda and charcoal since you can vacuum it up.

Car seats ? I know someone who can clean the car seats for you - if you bring the car to him it's $30 & $50 if he goes to you - he use proper machine injections / extractions for car seats
