yeh unfortunately my insurance will cover it but my excess is a grand and ill loose my no claim the dent is prob about a grand to fix anyway yeh ive had the car for 3 years now im used to the cop attention i get pulled over pretty much every week but this is the first time in ages ive been given a yellow so i cant take it there and ask wat i have to fix unless i pay? i just wanna know if i seriously hav to fix every little thing before i take it through properly also this prob sounds stupid but mates reckon i should get a girl to take it through and play dumb as they are more likely to let her off yeh yeh i know that sounds bad but has anyone done that?

i defineatly agree that they should be giving out yellows all im saying is that there are alot worse cars out there than mine why continually hassle me, fine if there was sumthin wrong with my car ill suck it up and accept it but when i asked him why i need this crap fixed he wouldnt even give me an answer and yes it will take alot of money to fix up the dent on the side but i think you missed the point firstly the dent wasnt my fault and if i had the money to fix it dont you think i would why am i copping a yellow sticker for something that doesnt affect my driving or the way my car handles yeh i know im being a whinger blah blah but if ppl dont whinge and complain things dont get done so all im asking is for advice if anyone has argued something and got off or am i gonna waste my time

well yet again ive been unlucky and been pulled over for no reason and copped yet another yellow sticker for no reason! anyways this is the second yellow sticker ive had on a pretty much stock standard car that isnt even a turbo! the reason for the yellow sticker was mainly that i have minor crash damage on the side of my car from some fu*khead head who did a hit and run on my car and narrowly missed a head on collision anyways neva got his licence and i ended up with damage that i cant pay for at the moment so i have police reports to say it wasnt my fault why the hell am i getting a yellow sticker for a dent!? since wen is this worthy of a yellow sticker wat the hell?! it doesnt affect my car or my driving? not only was the crash not my fault but now im getting a yellow sticker for it and my excess is a grand so either way its gonna cost me alot of money that i dont have can i argue it or will i get no where? or can i at least get an extension on the time to fix it? coz i cant come up with that money in 3 weeks ok also noted on my yellow sticker slip was about a radar detector on the dash that was stuck down!? and my tint was 2 streaky?! WTF this tint was put on wen the car was complied there is absolutely nothing wrong with it there are sum minor patchiness in the window from wen i first imported the car which was apparently a paint on tint which they scraped off does this mean i hav to replace the whole rear window for the slightest streak thats barely noticeable when the car has passed the pits twice with it? and finally the exhaust is 2 loud aswell but this also has passed the pits twice before, if they decide that it fails this time how is that fair? and finally they said sum bullsh*t story about my safety lights tunring on the same time as my highbeams or sum wank story like that which is complete utter crap as the lights also have been tested at the pits twice before so as u can see im looking at about 2-3grands work to pass my car over the pits when its more street legal than half the cars out on the road i dont wanna go to the pits and sound like sum stupid hoon with an attitude problem but this is totally uncalled for and discrimination just coz i drive a skyline and it wouldnt b fair if they decide that yes i have to fix these things when the car passed twice before finally stupid question do i get to go through the pits twice for $50? or do i hav to pay each time? coz i wanna know wat is really that wrong with my car before i fork out all this money and SOME cops need to find better things to do then give out yellow stickers for bullsh*t

oh wow the memories! yeh i remember the yanchep cruise liz wasnt that the one where we sat around the BBQ poking the burnt meat? haha yeh the dam cruise was another good one and the cruise to york! bak in the day oh and def the kalamunda one i think thats the one we went and did a test run of dan? and there was that big fu*koff bug in the car and then the hillbilly came up to us as we were trying to get it out of the car lol

i actually did but going opposite directions by the time i turned around he was long gone being beaufort street there are so many side lanes couldnt find him

ah damn i hate insurance companies you cant win can you! if only we saw the plates this is so frustrating

haha yeh unfotunately it was kinda unexpected that a car would come straight at you at 2am in the morning all we saw was the flash of headlights by the time we had realised what happened and done a u-turn he was gone and usually u expect people to stop once they have hit you

yeh i thought about that but really the chances they will catch him are gonna be slim to none has anyone ever made a claim and they tracked the person down? we dont have plates descriptions nothing

Well friday night i did the responsible thing and drove my friends so they could drink and whilst dropping a friend home at the end of the night a drunk driver came across, head on from the opposite side of the road at us and i swerved to avoid him but he still managed to clip the side of my car and then continued to drive off down the wrong side of the road and off down some side street didnt stop or anything of course you dont expect someone to come straight at you so we didnt realise till he was a couple metres in front and all we saw was the headlights and a white sedan leaving me with a bashed rear panel which im going to have to pay for we had to file police reports but i still have to pay $1100 excess which im not going to be able to afford apparently the damage will be over a grand but from what i can tell it looks like just surface damage can this just be panel beaten? or should i just go through insurance either way im losing out i dont know if i lose my no claim bonus if i have a police report does anyone know? is it worth trying to get it fixed myself? does anyone know a place i can get it fixed? just had to share this to show that it doesnt matter how great a driver you are there are alot of dikheads out there and i hope karma gets the tosser and pay your insurance on time! cause luckily i paid my way over due insurance just a few days before

i never said i was talking about the right hand lane im talking about tailgating in general id be more inclined not to let someone go past if they are tailgating me just to piss them off and yes people who drive under the limit should be fined aswell

nah see i go the speed limit if sum dick wants to race up my ass at 130km he can deal with it coz im not moving for someone going way over the limit and driving like a tool if thats what you do then i hope you lose your liscense soon and besides if there is space for me to move over there is space for you to go around wouldnt that be the smart thing to do? youd think

if im being tailgated im not gonna change lanes for the tool behind i dont care what lane im in it just pisses me off! tailgating is dangerous whether you think your in the rite or wrong if someone is going that slow ill flash them and go overtake them and most likely yell some words out the window like 'GO THE SPEED LIMIT YOU F#*K' and i work looking out on2 a major intersection in south perth and i can tell you 'P' platers in commodores are the main ones that are always tearing up the roads and trying to drag everyone its great fun coz the cops love to sit around the corner and wait for them then i run out front and laugh

yeh i looked into it ages ago for my car and its just not worth it its like trying to make ur mums camry a supra u may aswell just sell the camry and buy a supra coz itll end up costing alot more and dont 4get the time itll take and insurance will b massive if you can even get it
