Ok. I've got a question to ask y'all, but dont jump down my throat if you think its inappropriate for this forum. Is the Standard Airbox from a JZA80 MKIV supra 2JZ-GTE the same (or will it fit) in a JZX100 Chaser with a 1JZ-GTE? If anyone can help me, please let me know. Yeah its just the screen, no dvd player included. And Bathurst is in NSW, about 250kms west of sydney. Postage is included if you are interested.

I have a Sony Screen for Sale. Its a XAV-7W model. No longer sold, but has only recently been replaced. The replacement model sells for $1 999. There is a small scratch on the display when it is in the dash, not on the actually screen. Yesterday I picked up my new car. Did drive (still have) a '93 Gts-T Line. Now I have a Toyota Chaser JZX100 with a 1JZ-GTE with VVT-i. Its a bigger car, has great response and im sure if it had the same mods as the line it would leave it in the dust. 4-door and all, still a great ride. and its not a 'im settling down' car, its a sleeper. Got some double takes when i was driving home. well worth it thou. took 3 months to get to where it is today (my car hole), and is a bit more that the 33, but hey, you only live once.

Well i just drove from Canberra to Bathurst. usually when i do this drive i lose reception before i even get out onto the hume highway. this time i had full reception the whole 300km trip, changing to different frequencies and still picking it up (triple J) perfectly. Normally on this trip i can't get radio reception until i'm in bathurst after leaving canberra I'll go back to the place where i got my stereo tuned the other day and ask them exactly what they did to my radio, because it works absolutely awesomely now. i just plugged it in when i installed my head unit, but i must have missed something. anywho, i'll find out what they did and let you guys know

I did the same thing. Stopped over on a flight to europe. I only had the night to look around, got in at 6pm and had to leave by 10am. I did it with my g/f, and in winter. she wasnt as excited as i was to look around at their 'commodores' (skylines, etc) we walked down the road, i took photos of cars. tried my way at a corner store, and got what i wanted (i think) even thou i didnt make it anywhere, i suggest going to tokyo or somewhere. i regret it.

ooo ooo. where is the ducktail wing? i like no wing, or drift wing. the one for my r33 is on the way still. i cant manage to find anything for chasers, or JZX100s at all for that matter. if you can link me some it would be greatly appreciated.

still gotta plug the holes i see. did you also de-badge it? it looked unreal, especially when all i saw driving around was sil-80s and wrx's. silver_r33, where did you get your car complied? ive seen two places, one in penrith and one in queensland. Ive been told even with shipping, its $500 cheaper to get it complied in queensland. im about 13hours from queensland. I wanna see her at the docks when she comes in, but is that worth $500???

hey, when you guys figure out how to make them go faster, can you post it? i only just got into a groove of how to do it to skylines, then i go and buy a chaser. Silver_r33: What colour is your Chaser, and have you taken the spoiler off??? Its jsut i was in 'berra on the weekend and saw a pearl/white one in a carpark. looked unreal. esepcially next to a civic. hehe. i my chaser has 92k kms on it, (thanks for dojobi, i wonder if thats real ) and its manual. i got that for mid 20's, on the road.

Hey. I just got a '96 manual, and yes, it was white. well, pearl. i saw one next to a white civic, and they look different. anyway, i went through imports 101. www.imports101.com.au they were good. took a while to find a manual, but persistance pays off. my chaser is coming (eventually) and i cant wait to get it.

Sorry. More info...right. Its not the master cyclinder (if thats the round tube thing), its the metal. In the first pic, the bit that is circled has snapped off from the rest, and now the clutch doesnt engage. so when i say it grinds, its becuase its not going in, as if there is no clutch. When i push the clutch in, the broken bit moves kinda, but its spose to be joined to the rest of it, so im guessing thats why it doesnt engage. its really hard to get in there and have a good look. i guess to really see the problem i would have to look at another skyline. but i dont know many. anyway, hope that extra info helps. thanks

Can anyone ID this part for me? It's in cabin, behind the clutch. Someone told me its the Clutch Pedal Box. does this make any sence? I can't change gears (unless i push til it grinds and makes really bad noises). So i cant drive my car. If anyone knows what this is, is there anywhere you know that i can get it? i was also told that it might be universal??? any ideas greatly appreciated. I miss my baby, i have to subsitute with a VL commonwhore. thanks,.

its the 1jz. the dual exaust is cool. i dont think ive ever seen it before. Its no Series2, but the manual is a nice touch. Im pretty confident it'll dominate over the old 'line ill say it cost enough. We got real lucky with the price for the manual. 92k kms. Not bad, considering its 96 model. im happy with it.
