It was almost mentioned that by lowerering the speed limit to 50, would affect fuel economy, and make emmissions worse.

I agree with Tosh on the driver training. I believe there was an article in SMH about a month ago confirming that the speed limit changes will be effective in november.

Apparently, even though the diameter is the same, there is more resolution in high power ranges when tuning.

Sorry if this may have been covered before. But does anyone here have r34 gtr wheels on a r34 gtt? if so how well do they fit, are there any problems with offset etc.. Thanks,
