  1. wow very nice..ty hope it works
  2. Answer the question about those cameras after school hrs. Ive been caught once in a school zone at 1am. assuming it was a 60zone, i was doing 60km, but i ended up finding out it was a 50km zone. But for me, i saw the flash, was more of an orange flash though. cost me a fair bit and a few points.
  3. Excellent thread Im going to have to steal some of those ideas/locations..kinda need something like this, got a fair bit of making up to do with the missus
  4. it seems too good to be true. But ull never know unless you actually go have a look. which in this case the the buyer did and might have grabbed a bargin.
  5. sorry..i was talking about the ones in post 9..they look leather/rubber..looks really 'grippy'..im more after the material/fabric seats..im not sure wat 'suede' is..im assuming they're the ones in post 12. im pretty sure the GTR seats fit straight into the 33gtst's.. Beer Baron - the seats u have..r they 'grippy' or have the 'sticky' feeling wen sitting in them? or do they just feel like normal leather seats? (tats all im worried about. im just worried they mite have 'sticky' feeling when u sit in them, which mite feel uncomfortable).
  6. Eastbear seats are the first ones i uploaded? or the ones DECIM8 uploaded? Sorry i just noticed i double posted within 3 mintues..i couldnt find the delete post button..
  7. Ive seen the first seats somewhere in the FS section from a R34, said to be stock R34 seats.. They look good, but im not too fond about the rubber look.. Just the thought of sitting it in with shorts and wanting to move, and ur legs rub the rubber..just doesnt feel too good. i guess it would be too "sticky/grippy" for me
  8. These are the 2 types of seats being questioned that i am interested in.. Both seats are good and look great..10x better then the stock gtst seats R34 gtr..not sure wat spec though..but wen i searched the forum for gtr seats..a few for sale ones came up.. - saw these going for around $1.5k to $2.5k R33 GTR - i saw these going for about $600 to $1k Im hoping they are legal and wont have any trouble with police..coz i read tat some things done to the car need a mod plate and some seats need to be ADR approved.. so im hoping, just because im changing the seats from one model to the other doesnt get me or anyone for that matter, into any trouble.
  9. Great! thanks for the info. just one more question.. If i replace the stock GTST seats with the GTR seats, would i have any problems with the authority? as in, if they ask me questions like, are these seats stock or do i have any certificates for these seats being in the car? i dont know wat questions they'll ask me, IF any.. but should i expect anything? how should i reply? Thanks
  10. Hi, Ive tried searching but had no luck in finding an answer. Which seats are more comfortable? R33 or 34 GTR seats? Which ones are lower? (this is because im 185cm tall.. 6"2, and like to have the head space ) and ive read somewhere in this forum that your knee could be hitting the steering wheel. in one of these seats. The seat would be going in a 33gtst aswell..ive read that both seats go in perfectly. But the thing is, im unsure about the rails. Would i need to buy the GTR rails? or would i just need the seats and the gtst rails would be fine? what about the seat belt and the buckle/socket(not too sure whats it called) ? would the belt be ok with the seats aswell? Suggestions or advice would be great. Any info would be much appriciated Thanks in advance Peter
  11. Exactly wat the post above said..easy to get there from M5 From Lidcome, go to Hume Highway, heading from Bankstown to City, go pass Stacy st and then the next traffic lights after Stacy st. Turn right.. Go striaght down that road which is Boroina rd..then at the 2nd lights that road would turn into Juno PDE Keep going to the next lights which u need to Turn right at, which is Roberts rd (king Georges rd) follow Untill u see A BIG sign saying M5 Turn left there n go into the tunnel..exit at the 2nd exit in the tunnel Go up to the set of lights then turn left..then stay in the LEFT lane..which will take u into Domestic airpot Then follow where u need to go..either arrival or departs.. simple as tat..
  12. im just wondering if it is possible to get a shot/pic of wat the engine bay looks like? (i know it's stock, but if it's possible, i would still like to see it) thanks
  13. I agree... Not long ago, i crashed my g/f dads 2004 BMW (write off). Even though i wasn't at fault, it just happened in a few seconds and was something that i could avoid, but at the time didn't. My point is exactly wat N1 R33 GTR is saying...Take it slow, relax abit, just wait till u've completely recovered from the shock and then choose. No matter what car your in or driving accidents happen. You dont want to buy a car now and then a few months down the tract regreting what you have bought
  14. I wouldnt mind purchasing something like this as a keyring. You can engrave something on it like "SAU", "Skylines Aus"....etc... because it's silver in colour i thought engraving something on it would look good.
  15. For a R33 GTR with minor mods, i found JCI to be the cheapest for my situtation. 21 y.o. male Location: Bankstown/Yagoona area Daily car Private use No Claim Bonus 60+% No claims or thefts and no suspensions Obtained licence in 2002 Amount covered $30,000 Premium Comprehensive $2,036 Excesses Standard $600 Plus Vehicle $1,000 Age Excesses Male Drivers Aged 16 - 21 $700 Excess is abit steep, but the premium is what i found to be fairly cheaper then the other quotes ive received.
  16. Do u have pics for the Standard rear bar for r33?
