    yeah well i just need a set to slot in for a few weeks whilst my coilovers are being rebuilt, didnt want to have to go to any extreme's to fit suspensions to pull them out again in a few weeks.

    well i just bought and fitted the same exact lock bar to my GTR. was wondering what brand it was since i bought it secondhand. seems to work fine so far. thanks for the info on brand.

    Ok, tried the suspension today from the stagea into the gtr, it didnt fit because of the top plate threads being wider on the gtr. Bummer.

    are they for a gtr or not? coz R33 and R34 GTR should fit each other afaik? what model are they and spring rates etc?

    Whoa, i started this thread so long ago, i have since gained alot more knowledge about the ol skylines. lol but it seems i opned up a can of worms ha ha. hope this thread helped somebody out along the way. P.S. (i now know about the coilpacks differences between series 1,2 etc. also timing belts, just for those of you who were wondering.)

    yeah totally agree. i would get the head fully rebuilt when it goes back on once i do the engine, just to make sure everything is going to run smoothly. also what manifolds are people running? has this has much of an affect also? in the future im looking at maybe a GT35R on highmount manifold (most likely 6boost) just slowly planning it all first and what parts i need to aquire.

    ok. thanks, interesting to know what others have done etc for there set ups, gives others a chance to compare and see where the best place to spend your cash is in an engine build up process.

    Have any of you guys running rb26's in your gtr with either to4z or GT35r got upgraded valves/springs etc in your top end or what have you had to do besides cams in the top end? just wondering how a stock head will go on a built bottom end with say a GT35R? interested in this thread, coz im tossing up which way to go down the track a bit.
