yeh, this is commision but i have a $240 retainer, so if i dont get any leads i still get some dosh, even better if i get a lead and my boss makes the sale i get a percentage of the sale

technically no, im in advertising to put it simply, i go door knocking and offer them our product, i talk bout it and make a interview time if there interested, then my boss will come in and try to make the sale, i create the leads
