I can only guess your saying there's no point going 35 afm cause z32 is capable of reading higher output in 3 inch? missing the whole reversion issue that some people have cause with "your" setup your not having issues one car because it's a frign z32 http://forum.r31skylineclub.com/index.php?topic=155168.0 might be time to close the thread again lol

whats your point? this isn't a thread for people running a z32 afm on there z32's this is about people who fit z32 afm's to other cars and have some idle/stalling issues with 35 afm seeming to be the solution for Japanese tuners if z32's had issues running z32 afm's nissan would have failed hard with that car........................

for those interested mate of mine just made 310rwkw using 4 inch pipe with 35 gt afm so vq map to suit 4 inch intake and 35 afm should now be available from nisstune for those making over 300kw and wanting to run r35 afm once Ive spoke to him in more detail I'll find out how close it was to maxing out should be to close as (3 inch did 290ish)

have a look at the inside of the sensor were the hot wire is it's in the middle of a u shaped wall so air can only enter one way mounted backwards I'd guess they'd only read anything when the valves open regardless its a lot of work just to run am bov's to atmosphere but if the guys really really keen its something to try

nup musn't 35 gtr afm are a one way sensor unlike z32 this is one of the main reasons the japanese tuners are using them they wouldn't read any air moving backwards over them

hmmm hows it read negative if the air hasn't got to yet it yet before its vented airfilter--------------turbos--------------bov--------------------35 gtr afms------intercooler--------plenum

just stick em on the hot side after the bov's and retune to suit if you really want to run am bov's

wasn't I hoped they made some sense to someone all the nismo arms are claimed to have different bushes material used than the nissan stuff most are braced, different length for more camber more caster etc pretty sure nismo mounts are again made with different material than nissan mounts so there more rigid I've never cut open a brand new nissan mount compared to a brand new nismo mount never had a reason to doubt the claims I've just tried rocking my motors before and after and noticed a difference which I guess your saying is just new compared to old the graphs probably show the "improvement" claimed by trd
