Yeah well dickheads are on the coast as well last night around 11 i was driving back home alone the highway and three old ford xr8's tried to drag me down the highway eventually they got the hint that i wont lose my licence and stoped trying. Then they had another idea that they would block me in since i was in the far left lane and had a wall on my left side i had no where to go so it took me about 20 mins to get from up near worongary to the ashmore exit. Due to the fact we were doing 20km's down the highway. The whole time yelling out if u drag us we will let u go and blah blah blah i was more worried about what they would do to my car i mean their car had dents all over it and so on so i just sat there and kept silent.

yellow 33 last night around the ashmore area. I was heading into surfers and i went a differnt way but still saw u about 3 times thats a sweet looking line. There are a few skylines around molendinar and behind bunnings a ashmore i c a fair bit in driveways normially anyone on here from around there>

hey i am after a new rear wing on my series 2 and it just has the standard one on it at the moment I want to get a gtr rear wing i like how they look and they seem to be pretty popular on most r33's. My questions are i saw a bloke today after a price and the one he showed me said it was the r33 gtr one but it had a brake light at the bottom is that right i have never seen one with the brake light on it. So it made me think that maybe there are a few differnt types of them. So if anyone has any photos from behind and the side it would be very helpful so i can show the person and make sure its the right one. Thanks

well my work gives me no sickies and no holiday pay im on a contract so i get paid by the hour and what work i do complete, that way i earn more but it kinda sucks no holiday pay or anything.

I just checked my headunit and this is what it says. clarion DX425 high power 50w*4 magi-tune so is that the info u need to tell me if its any good?> Also as i said down the track i want to install a dvd player i am 90 percent sure it is one of the ones where the screen comes out from the headunit simply becasue i dont want to secure it to my dash and have it seen the whole time. I am guessing they will be expensive but i have been told i can play my music through that HU so i wont need my clarion anymore? So if thats the case maybe i wait a bit longer so i can buy my dvd one at the same time and fling my clarion off to the bin.

Yeah i was thinking i wouldnt need a sub for the type of music i listen 2 but definetly need one for the dvd player. Time for u all to have a good laugh alright what are splits? and what do they do, i just guessed they joined the speakers or something as in the better the splits the better sound between the 2 speakers? that was a guess.

I was in the same position like 1 month ago i went with the series2 and i love it havent had a problem with it. I managed to get cheap insurance of 2 grand:) so i was happy about that. I choose the series 2 becasue of the duel airbags since i am also 19 thought that was a good idea. The good thing about a series 2 is that they look good standard unlike the 32 which are 2 square for me. Unless u spend money on a new body kit, which u dont have to do for the 33. Personally i dont know how the diff in drive is between the 2 i never drove a 32 but i fell in love with the 33 so never looked back. Im sure whatever way u choose u will be happy.

ss nice my mate has one/ I was also worried about beating it but u have to have faith in the line lol 2 easy. I also have a mate who has new sv6 that gave me a run, but still the line is victorios. Is that speed limit thing 180km/h? i think thats what it is set at. Oh and this all took place on my private highway! got to love having your own

Ferni i dont think there are speakers in the back its not on the rear parcel shelf to be honest i havent really looked in the back. Alright i get all that thanks for all the help people much appreciated. I have just saved this page so i can re read it lol. I wont be getting i till about feb maybe save a bit more money for it by then. What i will do is go to a few places on the coast and get them to write down exactly what i am getting brands and such and post it all in here if thats okey and u guys can tell me what will be the best way to go. avoid: 1000watt amps = overkill and shit and waste of money 6x9s or 7x10s = shit i hear the word 6*9's a lot i thought that would mean they would be good but i will stay away from them if thats what u suggest

He said there is nothing to fix because while it was getting a service it didnt make the noise as lound as it normially does. Its not bad until u are somewhere it can get an echo. I jsut thought maybe others have had this problem and it got worse and they found out what the problem is.

Hey i know nothing about car audio and i mean nothing at all. I have around 1000 dollers to spend on my car audio plus extra to install it. Im not into listining to full heavy music so loud that people 3 blocks away can hear it, but the standard speakers are just crap. The type of music i listen to is linkin park, ditsturbed and so on. Currently i have a clarion head unit which is good enough i think it was already in the car when i got it. I am just after a better sound quality. Down the track soon i want to install a dvd player into my car, so needs good sound to listen to a movie and so on. Will 1000 dollers get me anything half alright? the guy i have spoken to at jb's on the coast said something about new speakers in front and back splits or something and a 2 way amp thats it for 1000 dollers. He reckons leave the head unit.

hey i have had my r33 s 2 for about a month and a half now, when i got it there was a slight ticking noise which i guessed where the fuel injectors?. I also asked the mechanic and he said it was the injectors they make a slight noise. The noise is getting worse and louder esp when im at a fast food joint in the drivetrough it really echos, but when i am outside in the open i can hardly hear it is this normal. When im in a closed area the echo is so bad that i cant hear my exhaust or anything

Thats a good price. I have a mate who just paid 650 dollers to get his boot resprayed, but that was with a pearl through the paint so im guessing thats a good price for u.

dont people just use those road angle things? they arent illegal becasue u use them for other functions as well. Iw as told u can program in what u want so u jsut program in where cameras normially sit

your guys are prob going to laugh at this question, but i dont know a lot about cars. I love my line and i wouldnt think about putting gtr badges on i when its not or any other stickers like nos and stuff on it. But my question is how do u tell the diff between the gtr and gtst without looking at the engine. I guess the gtr intercooler would give it away but cant people just replace the intercooler in their gtst?. So what are the obvious signs becasue i c a gtr i automatically think it is a gtr. And i normially say swee gtr to them if i cat close so if its not a gtr i am going to feel like a tool now.
