That would be the BOV. With a high flow fliter in the stock airbox, you should be able to hear it. the only way to make it quiet again is to put the stock panel filter back in

What is a "Hi-lo filter"? Are you talking about the suction sound, or the BOV sound?

The VR4 BOV is exactly the same as the R33 GTS-t BOV. As doommachine said, EVO 8 MR BOV is the way to go. Or if you wanted to go aftermarket. Greddy type S or the Greddy type R if you're running very high boost.

Wait till you can actually use a camera properly, then get a DSLR. If you ever visit the photography section on boostcruising, you'll know what I mean. It's a breeding ground for hopeless wannabe photographers that just bought a DSLR and wouldn't have a clue how to use it.

If you want more stability, buy a hotshoe bracket, and another suction cup and pole, so it's fixed from the top and bottom. This is probaly better for DV cameras (obviously), they are lighter, and there isn't much point in having a still camera in the car for trackdays. Satanic, when you're testing, just use something with an equivalent weight, and drive your car pretty hard, straight line, braking and around corners. The weight of the camera will surely surpass 3kg with the added g-forces, and you wouldn't want metal poles and a huge chunk of plastic floating around in your car on a track day.
