To measure volts... turn the multimeter 1 click and thats volts DC...then you can just ground one side of the multi meter and measure the voltage... but. but other than that i cant help ya... thats if this is helped ya at all

Hi, My turbo started making noises a while back, i managed to pick up a 2nd hand r34 turbo. my old room mate talked me into doing it myself, problem is i get very frustrated working on my on things. Does anyone know of a good machanic that would come to my house and finish the job off for me? Thanks Wayne

sometimes blade fuses can apear to be fine... use a test light on each poll of the fuse while its in the fuse box to see if 1 fuse is blown

if you cant find a translation, just get a test light or a multi meter, put 1 end on a bolt/bare metal and with the other test each poll of the fuse. doesnt take long to do.

mines in japanese too, why do you need to translate it?
