  1. I had the blu GTR I let the gate open in the tunnel at one stage I remember Ben? in the white GTR32 heard it but I even scared myself. Good cruise my first sau too thnx dan
  2. hows it dash how'd u shape up after that cruise anyway??? Mate I just got 800hp through imports 101 - mine took 4 months cos i had lots (i mean lots) of invesments on the car thats why...they are RAWS certified for R33 and evo (http://www.imports101.com.au/importing.php?page=5) and some others but not 180sx or 300 i think. SO if they can my car get into the country, complied and back in good order go for it (but yeah talk 2 danny do some wangling and get the GTR) D
  3. Could you guys (gals) please rate and speak only about your good experiences with tuners. I really want to find out who's expert with what ECU. If I was to get a certain ECU which 2,3 or 6 tuners can I safely turn to? 1. Who is the tuner? 2. What ecu di they tune for you? 3. WHat is really cool about the tune they did for you? PS no slandering or blaming i.e. Mr XYZ is a bad tuner he blew up my car etc only want the excellent results type info D

  5. dude i know how you feel i researched my GTR for 2 years before getting it next month it's taken that long (with many late nigths) hehe. All finished it'll do 800hp on the streets of perth nizmo hope to meet you too around the traps All the best mate D
  6. Hey people's in what circumstances wouldn't you need an EBC, I have it on good word that some big powered GTRs have like two electronic boost controllers, so is there every a context when you don't need one? (I ask because I have a PFC Djettro thus no AFMs so I'm curious) D
  7. Unless you're going to run 600+hp then vanilla plenum fine. As I understood it the first piston really only gets a hammering about then. my 2c

  9. the interior is 100% stock apart from a torque spliter/power FC/one gauge and a remote start in the glove box. So it'll just be the exterior and hey wish me luck and no pain please BTW Nismoid are you familiar with how much it is to be a sponsored banner ad PM me please or Blitz if you know.

T04GTR: The import co will compliance as I said they do R33's easy, plenty of the vanialla R33 parts nps there. Fast GTR: it comes with PFC and commander already but thinking wolf cos nos, antilag and rotational i. Thanks again D

Hey guys I've been watching and studying for sometime but i still don't have the answer so i thought i'd ask and hopfully with enough expertise out there you can help illustrate what might be an approporiate start. I'm importing an GTR 33 (though Imports101 in WA nissans especially R33 compliance is so easy for them ) with the titled parts (T88H 34D with Tomei 2.7 kit) I mean plus the needed support bits (oil cooler, big intercooler, 1000ccs, surge tank and multiple fuel pumps etc) probably cross mission too. But when it gets here I'm not sure what work must be done when buying a second hand beast (by this i mean highly modified). It's supposed to be running 800-1000hp but we all know about hp figures hehe. I have already ordered a custom (JUN copied with bolstered ram shaft) plenum. My understanding would be 1. Check stoker kit, shot peen crank?, change conrod bolts?, balance conrods, polish pistons? 2. check dump pipe for hughness, exhaust etc 3. Check T88 maybe high flow turbo? 4. what else? Please keep in mind budget so some sort of order of what to do would be cool, I'm juiced to get this because this time last year I almost bought a JUN 2.7 R34 but missed it. Hey people's I've wanted a monster for so long, almost bought the JUN stoker kitted GTR r34, really fell in love with the Leewah but can't afford it, now the opportunity has come to get exactly what I've wanted in an import. I have a few questions to the addicts as I join the clan of japaense supercar owners -my monster has a stoker kit and t88 34d (oil cooler n pump upgraded fuel etc etc etc.) now I don't know Anthony Scali personally (latest HPI says he uses his r32 as a daily dirver) but do many others out there drive 10 sec cars as thier daily driver? -what kind of motorsport can a modified GTR R33 compete in other than the obvious drag for which it is already set up? -what are the R33s strengths (if any) over the r32 and r34? When I get it i'll send pics and let you all know about it Thanks Darryl
  13. hey people's just moving into a skyline but i thought i'd go hard and well lets say finance is nearly through on the GTR r34. If anyone has ideas on how to avoid theft i'd like to know I realise no one lives in a crimeless area, so what can i do to protect the new baby? Some have mentioned sensor light etc I'm interested to know does anyone park thier gtr somewhere other than home? Best alarms? etc Open to ideas Dazz
