    Good to see you followed your heart, got your dream car and have it pretty well sorted out now. I think anyone can get caught out with a seller not being 100% honest about a cars problems. Can relate to all the electrical issues, had similar issues with my first car (mk2 escort) ages ago

    Agreed. When I was looking at imports 20 years ago I noticed some FDs were about same price as R32s (IE a few grand at auction)but they weren't eligible due to whatever bullshit rules they had about parallel imports or whatever. Now all the jap boomers know what they got....

    Keen to see how much work is needed to get an abandoned Skyline going. My R32 has been sitting idle for three years or so but finally got some time to get it going again. (Also lurking SAU and trying to hit 10 posts so I can start my own intro thread with pics)
