i seen a 9 sec torana come off the dyno under full noise due to a strap failure it went all of one metre. cant have been too good for the driveline 8000rpm- idle.

diffs are the same both r200 ratio should be 4.36 if unsure it should be on the id tag (rc43 =4.36 /rc41 = 4.11)

if the tyres can handle 30psi so can the engine lol

the housings are different but centres are interchangeable part numbers for nismo mechanical diff are same 32/33gtst

rb30 flexplates are alot stronger than the one pictured in satanics thread . still got std rb30 flexplate on my drag car no issues after 6 years of punishment

well here is a start counted the teeth on my slightly twisted half shaft r32 gtst 29 spline

im currently searching for a diff for my drag car and need to know the difference in halfshafts and axle sizes between r32 gtst 5 bolt r32 gtr 5 bolt r32 gtr 6 bolt any help would be appreciated as this is the last thing to sort out thanks Jason

From the diffs i have stripped so far i have found r32/33 r200 centres are the same r32/33 housings are different r32 gtst diff gears manual trans are 4.36 r32 gtr diff gears manual trans are 4.11 r33 gtst diff gears manual trans are 4.11 to work out gear ratio divide drive gear teeth by pinion gear teeth
